I'm new to the forum. I begin to apologize for my english, which probably will have some mistakes since it's not my first language.

I have visited the site several times in the past and have tried to register, but then, a lost my courage.
I have been masturbating for some time, without the capacity to stop the bad habit. I learned it when i was 12, and it was by mb that at that time i knew i could cum. I figured out what was happening and i did it few other times in bed, after shower for a while. Then i stopped and i begin to get WD. I cannot say how many i got. I know that at 15 i masturbated at least one time a week until it became a daily habit, most of the time, watching porn along with it. So both habits grew up together the past years. I've been having a struggle to quit both but with no success. If there are days that i jack off because i feel the need (of the habit), there are other days where i'm so horny that i need a released so badly that i cannot control my self and can mb more than once in the same day.
And masturbation feels good... at the beginning and while it last until i cum... Then, i feel guilt and feel wrong. I question why have i done the same over and over and over again. And i feel bad, really bad. I'm a christian and i believe in God and that he does not aprove this. Some of you do believe on Him, others don't. Not asking to agree with me, but, i not only want to do what i think God wants, but i also want to live free of this habits. I hate porn, and still see it? How can that be? Makes no sense to me. Believe me, i began to see porn for seeing how the body would work... How were other guys penis, how was sex, how was organs, ejaculation, etc. But the curiosity killed the kitty, at least it's what's said in my country (don'd know if makes sense to anyone). Simply, the curiosity lead to an habit.
Now, i just want to return to the time where i had WD... a remember woking up during the night with my penis pulsing in my underwear and then i saw the big wet spot on it. That was good and i miss that. Ok, it was annoying cause i wanted to hide the boxers from my mom so she did not make a fuss about it... Now, i just wish a never learned how to mb. Further more, a miss the best: i was not a "slave" of mb and porn.
So i grew some balls (forgive me) and finally decided do come out and seek for help. I do need your help. I know, from what i read until now, that some of you had a great success and can resist mb. I'd really like do be able to do that, to resist mb and live happy with myself. Welcome! I can relate to you a lot. My story is very similar. I used to be filled with guilt and condemnation. I also believe masturbation and porn are sins. You will probably find it very tough at first, I did. My first AB attempt ended at day 6 with MB and an explosive orgasm and huge cum load, so the AB adding a lot to my enjoyment at the end. My log is Joining the Quest, so if you want, you can read it. I am into my second AB attempt and finding it easier.

If you have been big into MB like I was, it takes time to change your behaviour and urges, but it happens over time.

If you fall off the wagon, enjoy the MB as much as you can - no point in wasting the pleasure - and then get back on the wagon and try to push your AB for longer next time. Be patient, accept you are not perfect, make that peace with yourself and don't forget to enjoy the journey, whatever your motivations for AB might be. Mine is to experience a WD for the first time.

So day 3 is how much over, and i hope, without mb. But it was a heck of a day, i must admit? Are your 3rd days like this?
First, as i said today earlier, a could not stop touching my dick. I was sit and my hand was in my dick squeezing it a bit. Bur ok, i thought, i every time i noticed it i would remove my hand.

Today is my 4th day of AB. It's kinda a new milestone. True that have been able to AB for a week more than once... but that was some time ago, so, 4 days is kinda good!
Today i woke up with the impression of being ejaculating... but was just that, an impression. I believe that's good.

Never had blue balls. They get heavy and full but never hurt.
I get an aching from my prostate after about 5 days of AB, which I assume means its full. I then start a constant pre-cum phase and the pain goes away. I guess this is the pressure release mechanism.

Guess so... normally i don't have much pre cum. If i'm really stimulated a can produce 1 or 2 drops of it, but could never used it as a lubricant. Drink plenty of water. I eat a lot of eggs to keep my muscle tissue well fed as I work out and play a lot of sports. I also take zinc and magnesium which helps with Testosterone synthesis and sperm production.

Since I started the above, my pre-cum production went into overdrive. Even when I am not AB, it starts flowing the moment I get turned on and just keeps coming. Hydration is really a key part. This is something I have managed to improve, I was never a big pre-cum producer in the past.

Well I do take supplements in the sense they are mineral supplements, but not any fancy body building stuff. Zinc and magnesium tablets are cheap and easy to get in any drug store.

Food wise, I eat a lot of protein. Fish, chicken, beef and eggs. I probably eat at least 4-6 eggs a day. I eat a lot of vegetables, like broccoli, beans, carrots, but very little simple carb, hardly any potato, pasta, rice and of course little sugar and little alcohol. Some of course, but not much. You don't need much carb and any unused is converted straight to body fat.

I eat a lot of nuts as well, these are really good for T production as they contain the right fats, which is an important point. Don't avoid fat, males need it. I eat as much butter and cheese as I like and still have virtually no excess fat anywhere and no cholesterol to talk about either.

Do your running that's cool. If you can, do some weight lifting as you ideally need some high impact to build the muscle and get the T pumping. I feel at my absolute horniest just after a big workout and without doubt, that's the T. Sometimes I would get home from the gym and just make straight for my lady. She loved it as I was pumped and still a little sweaty even after my shower at the gym. Best sex ever.

It probably increases your chance of a WD as well!

Good morning!

So today is the beginning of my 5th day of AB and, during this night i thought i was going to have a WD. Unfortunately didn't happen.
Let me explain. During my sleep i woke up two times we a big erection on my boxers. But the erection was accompanied with some contractions. Both times the same happen.
