I'm 30 now attempting to have my 2nd WD. My first one was 3 years ago after about 3 weeks of abstinence with a heavily enforced hands off policy. I don't expect to have results that fast on this go around but I'll definitely be using the same policy of hands off and I'll also work with lucid dreaming and recall as much as possible. Other than that it's just the good old fashioned waiting game.

THE 1st 5 DAYS

Well the first couple days were interesting dream wise but the last couple nights didn't produce much.

The very first night I had an intense sexual dream about having sex with a woman I didn't now in some yard with 2 guys watching off to the side. I could feel the sex but couldn't cum. I believe if I had been farther along the AB (waaay farther) it could of resulted in a WD.

The next night I had dream about falling in love with a female stranger and we did have sex but I don't recall seeing or feeling it in that dream.

After that it was just normal dreams until last night then I don't recall having one at all. I haven't had a lucid dream for a couple weeks. Next time I have one I'll aim for something sexual. I just started working with wake induced lucid dreams. I've tried before with minimal effort and didn't have any luck so nows the time to step it up.

Other than that I've just been dealing with regular bouts of hornieness. Mornings are tough but it's way too early to start complaining now....got a long ways to go.

DAY 6

Today started normal but quickly got interesting...

A girl I used to see started texting me today and let me know she had a bf but was still being flirtatious even a little naughty. 1 WEEK

Today went smoother than yesterday. I had a couple of urges mainly from exchanging texts with the same girl from yesterday but they weren't as intense or long lasting. I did notice after I got home from work and went to the bathroom I did discharge a few drops of precum. I don't remember if that's normal at this point in a AB. DAY 8

It was an easy day, I was pretty busy so that always helps. I just thought I should mention there was some twitching or like a odd sensation in the prostate area.

Day 9

DAY 10

I wanted to post daily to take notes for future references but there just wasn't anything new to report the last couple days. It's been really easy the last couple days actually this whole AB has been much easier than expected so far.

Another smooth day in the books. A couple intense boners but if you don't stew on them they go away fast.

DAY 20

So far it's been another uneventful day. Had some nonsexual dreams last night and a almost lucid a couple days ago. I haven't had a sexual dream since day 15 one is due and expected asap or something may off and I'll have to investigate lol.

3 Weeks

Ah the drama continues with my ex. I thought it was over after her new bf stepped in but I was wrong. Sounds like you're doing good so far. That's longer than I have ever gone, at least knowingly. I've been in the situation where someone was coming on to me while in a relationship, and it doesn't end well. Remembering and controlling your dreams just takes some effort and patience. The more you practice the 2 the stronger they get. My effort kind of bounces on and off or I would probably have more success.

Once you get the hang of remembering your dreams and starting doing a few reality checks throughout the day to see if you are dreaming and kind of think about controlling your dreams a couple times throughout the day and before bed it shouldn't really take that long.

Some people have a lucid dream their first week of trying. If you really put the research and effort in I highly doubt it would take more than a month...likely much sooner.
