I know your pain, bud. I'm 25 and it's now day 4 for me. I've never had a WD myself, but I'm working towards my first. I've noticed that when I get really horny it helps to have a graham cracker (actually invented to help stop MB), focus on something else, or get to a public place if possible. I have started using a prostate massager (not for everyone) when I can't do the above options and it seems to lower my sexual tension for a while.
