day 3.

I started a new workout program called Insanity, It lives up to its name. It is insane. sadly today I am injured so I have to rest. drat.

My knees cannot handle INSANITY!!!. Hope it will be a short while that I have to take it easy.

The weather is gorgeously warm and I am happy. School is good, I am a bit worried about the Ski resorts, I have a pass that I can go to a ski resort, but with the weather so far approaching 15 c or 60 f, I am wondering will there be still snow and wonderful conditions for me to enjoy skiing?

Same time, I cannot wait till I can start riding my bicycle around town.

day 7.

These past few days, I found myself enjoying myself looking at porn, but haven't mb yet. I keep asking myself why am I looking at porn. My guess is that I am bored, mentally fatigued from school, and needing to feel good when I am a bit down at these times. The feeling that I get when I mb is fleeting, and often leave me un satisfied. The hardest part is being a christian and trying to live as pure as I can but same time I struggle with this vice.


My guess at this point in time is because I have an injury in my knee which could be a trigger. I don't have an outlet to burn off excess energy. As much as I crave exercising today, I need to take it easy so my knee will recover.

Oh well.

Day 5.

Had a good week. Enjoyed doing diagnosis with different types of cars at school. It was fun and a learning process. My ab streak is still iffy. So far I am doing well. My knee is still giving me trouble, but getting better now. The weather is not cooperating now. Its cold and expected to snow tomorrow. Oh well, thats life in the North eh?

Alas, I must say, I fell off the wagon once again. I have to start day 1.

Boredom, exhaustion, stress from physics, school, life, worry, they all play a toll on me.

What can I do to curtail that?


Tsk tsk, I wonder what can I do to stem this pernicious problem I have. The inability to actually stop thinking about porn or watching porn.

Its anathema to what I do and my goals.

Day 4. The time is nigh, The semester is coming to a close, and I find my anxiety increasing as I will have 4 final exams coming up, plus apprenticeship exam. also with my knee out of commision, its not helpful. My knee is recovering, but really slowly.

Oddly enough, I truly enjoyed my dinner last saturday that I actually dislocated my jaw. drat. another injury to take care of. If you're curious about how I dislocated my jaw, take a guess.

School is doing well, I enjoyed doing diagnosis on different types of vehicles. Today I was working on a Chevrolet Sierra turbo diesel. Nice truck, but loud.

Having anxiety is not fun, when you have anxiety, it can lead to other issues such as depression.

Day 7.

School is taking its toll with me. Next week I will have probably 3 or more tests. My shop is done for the year. Now I have to study hard for the final exam. its making me nervous because I want to pass.
The second hardest part is making me anxious, job hunting. School will end in April 24, but I need a job to support myself.
As for my dream, I've spent most nights in a blank sleep slate. nary a dream. Maybe Im not tired enough because I haven't done any exercises lately. My body is complaining constantly because of my lack of exercise. I am not used to not exercising and I really like exercising as it gives me euphoria and a much more deeper sleep.
Oh well. Guess what, my physics is improving in leaps and bounds, much to my chagrin because I still don't understand it. I am still worried about physic final exam because the result of that test will determine the outcome of my whole semester. And frankly, I don't even want to redo physics at all.

Anyway, to sum up everything, I am going though depression as there are too many things that makes me anxious.

Day 1. It has been a crazy week. and it will be a crazy week coming up. I've had test every single day.
on the plus side, I am happy to say that I passed the Shop final and my total grade average for shop class is 70 percent.
Now, a brand new thing to learn has left me totally afraid, welding. today was the first day and the teacher gave us warning after warning after warning all day about the hazards of using oxyacetylene torch and welding. Now I am totally afraid because I am with a partner who actually left the hose running without lighting it up. I am happy that I am learning a new thing but it is really dangerous and I'd rather to have a healthy fear for this part,

It is required to know how to use in automotive. I did a while back expressed a curiosity about welding and blacksmithing. In my mind it was a way to be artistic because I hated the dullness of the neighbourhood where I live in. every house is uniform, yard pristine and perfect with nary a blade of grass out of place. I wanted to have a sculpture, wrought iron fence, wrought iron circular stairs. just to be different than john Q public.

Now Its time for me to go to slumber land and have a dreamless sleep.

Wish me luck in my learning how to use that torch with 5700 degree F flame.

Day 7.

Guess what, The oxyacetylene torch was the easiest part to learn and do. But the MIG, oh my gawd, that was very hard and It gave me a new appreciation for the people who are very skilled at MIg. I am glad that the classes are all over for the year. I still have Physics, and I am encountering a severe mental block to it. So heres to hoping that I might wing it by ear and pass the damned class.



Today I have fallen into a severe slump and am wondering what can I do to change it. I have been searching for a job and unfortunately, there are too many companies laying off people left and right. so it is sort of wrong time for me to look for a job.


Wish me luck on my physics test on tuesday, and wish me luck in my job hunt.

Day 8.

Finally I finished my physics test. I am not too pleased. but what can I do. anyway. Now I can just focus more on job hunting rather than studying. The weather is making me tempted to just drop everything and go for a bicycle ride around the parks. I am a fanatic when it comes to riding my bike, minimum I would ride up to 2 hours, maximum, up to 5 or 6 hours. (all on one day) Someday I would like to experience doing a century ride. I've only went up to 55 km in one day. but would like to do a century sometimes in the future. Oh yeah, I might need to start saving up for a new bike as my bike is starting to show its age. its 16 years old and still running good, but starting to notice slight wear on parts.

oh well.
Job first, then bike.
