Day 10. Still no wet dream, but I decided not to MB and will ride it out for a while. The gym today was a little more manageable and I only felt close to an SE once.

I did have an interesting experience last night, though. About one hour after falling asleep I woke up to a sensation in my groin. My heart was pounding so hard and I could feel some pulsations in my penis. It was just a really exciting experience but there was definitely no orgasm. After everything resided I reached down and felt something sticky. My bedsheets are white so it was hard say for certain if it was semen or not, but there were several drops of precum leaking out when I turned on the light for a visual inspection.

Day 15 is coming to a close!

Horniness and T-buzz have decreased. Also no blue balls since the first week, and for that I am so grateful. But in terms of WD, there is nothing new to report.

I have been having difficulty staying asleep, but the night of Feb 18-19 I slept straight through. Most other days since I started this abstinence period have been marked by me waking up every 3-4 hours. I don't think it's affected my alertness throughout the day, but I suppose it has hampered my success with WD.

We'll see what the future brings!

Alright, so here's Day 21.

No T-buzz, no super horniness--basically no changes since my last post. I have been sick with a cold this past week, and it's been interfering with my sleep, which of course affects my chances of having a WD.

I've been checking my underwear in the morning for precum stains to gauge my progress, but most of the time it's just one spot, if anything at all (I tend to take my clothes off in my sleep despite the freezing temperatures outside). Oh well. Just a couple days and a week until hitting the one-month mark, so I'm looking forward to that.

Day 25
Had a close call at work yesterday! Went for a piss and then felt an urge that something thicker was going to come out after my bladder emptied. I milked my penis to get all the extra drops of urine out, and a drop or two of milky fluid came out, and I immediately got a semi. If I continued to squeeze that area I'm almost positive more fluid would have come out.

Once I left the bathroom there were a few more times where I felt like the tubes were really full and about to release something, so I had to focus on my muscles to not have an SE at work.

I had hoped this would be leading to a WD last night.......... but nope. I'll keep trying.

Day 31
I'm almost fully recovered from my cold and will get back to my regular gym schedule later this week. Have just been doing yoga and some bodyweight exercises this past two weeks, so I hope my workouts will get me my Tbuzz back.

Day 32
Came home from the gym last night and was set to sleep in bed. I was feeling a little extra excited after lifting, so I adjusted my shaft so it was facing up toward my belly button (instead of down toward my balls). Freed from the constraints of my briefs, I immediately started to get erect, and I decided to do kegel exercises. After just a few contractions I felt activity or some type of churning in the perineal area, and slowly my heartbeat began to quicken.

Soon my breathing intensified--I tried to control it and slow it down, but that didn't do any good, so I just went with it. There weren't any pulsations, but I definitely felt like someone was leaking out of my penis. It was a very pleasurable and exciting two minutes or so, and I kept feeling like I was on the brink of an SE or some type of ejaculation. (At this point, I had ceased the kegel exercises.) My breathing returned to normal---without me having a definite orgasmic feeling, and after taking a few moments to bask in the experience I turned on the lights and peeked under my briefs.

It was just a bunch of precum, which, hey, is nice, but I was disappointed after having gone one month without ejaculating. I had a similar experience on Day 10 that I wrote about, but the event last night was more memorable and lasted longer.

Horniness is back. I've been having morning glories this past week, which doesn't usually happen when I MB regularly, and when I get erections they are very hard. It happened today in the shower after getting back from the gym, and the water beating down on me felt so nice. The temptation to MB was strong--but I resisted. Last night I got hard in bed and wrapped my hand around my penis for two seconds. After not touching myself in that way for over a month, it felt amazing. But that's all I did.

No wet dreams to report, unfortunately. To be honest, I'm not sure it will happen. I'll continue abstaining until mid-March and then I'll take matters into my own hands.

Day 44

I woke up a few days ago in a sweat--the dampness was pooled towards my lower back area and on inside of my blanket as well. I didn't really think anything of it at first because I have woken up sweaty in the past, and my blanket is quite heavy. It did occur to me that I possibly experienced a nocturnal emission, but the wet spot was not gloopy and thick like semen. Unfortunately I had gone to bed nude, and my bedsheets are white so there aren't any stains. I tried to smell it (is that too gross?), and it did not have the characteristic semen odor.

So like I mentioned, I didn't give much thought to that. But over the past few days I realized I don't have that feeling of fullness in my perineum. I was feeling hornier around day 40, but that's leveled off as well. Is it possible that I had a WD? There was no erotic dream that night. (I did have one sometime on Friday night--this week's Archer had a pretty hot scene; it was my first erotic dream from this AB period/)

I'm wondering if people who regularly have WDs experience a relief from that "full" feeling afterwards. And also, my bedsheet is not crusty. Is that a dead giveaway that this was just sweat and not semen?

When I had mine there was no semen odor...it's been a long time ago but I vividly remember that.

That's why I don't sleep nude during AB. If I were to miss it in my dreams I need the proof in my briefs lol.

How do you go so long? Any particular technique? I've never been close to 20 and you're on 44, almost 45! Amazing. Best of wishes to you.

The first 2-3 weeks were difficult... but after about one month my horniness decreased a lot. And if I've gone one month without MBing, what's another week? And another week after that, and so on. It helps that I try not to stimulate myself with porn or erotic thoughts, but sometimes I do and I have to convince myself that a WD would be more exciting than rubbing one out at that moment.

So it's Day 58(?!)... Pretty sure now that my questionable WD a few weeks ago was just a lot of sweat and not a nocturnal emission. Still without a WD, but I'm approaching my second-longest period of abstinence... I'm going to give myself two more weeks before retiring.

Day 67.
Not much change, except maybe a small increase in horniness. I'm conflicted about how much longer to continue; I was originally going to give in this weekend, but I think I'll actually wait until the weekend after to give myself a little more time. I've thought about going through all of April as well, but I'm not sure I can stand it that long.

The first few weeks of the AB process were exciting, but at this point I'm just anticipating my next MB session... which might be throwing my brain off the WD process. Who knows, but good luck to everyone else.

Day 73

Was peeing today and involuntarily squeezed out about 4-5 large drops of semen. The consistency looked thick when falling into the urinal, but the texture was watery when I went to brush it away from my head. Nice pearlescent white in color. This is the first time I can remember during this AB period when semen leakage was so conspicuous.

Day 74
I was hornier than usual after getting into bed last night, and while forcing myself to sleep I had another one of those experiences where my heart rate and breathing speed up uncontrollably and there are contractions in my penis. This time it went on for what felt like 1.5 to 2 minutes, and I thought it might end in an SE. It didn't (good or bad? I can't decide), and there was no stain to show on my underwear except for a bit of precum.

This happened again early in the morning today, around 3am. The second event wasn't as intense (contractions did not feel as good), but the precum stain it left was a doozie: it was only the size of 2-3 peppercorns, but when I went to touch it over an hour later it was still wet and sticky.
