Hello World, how are you all?
I've been quite busy. Thats why i've not posted again in a few days. All is good i guess. Once again i did reset my AB clock and i'm back to day 2. Its been some stressing days, with lots of days and some measure of anxiety which makes me much more likely to mb - much in the hope to feel better, and, for a few moments, well, it does feel better! Maybe some would say its not the best time to AB, but is there a good time to AB?
I can only do what i can, and, if i cave in, i can only return back to zero and going at it again.
