I want to know what you guys use to shave, you can post here what you use and why you choose that method. I personally prefer the safety razor; economical to use, good cut and love the products I use to shave with.

i use a Gillette fusion

i didnt vote because i dont see my option.

i dont have a clue what a safety razor is. maybe mine fits this but ive never heard it referred to as a safety razor.
i dont use disposables. I assuming this is like the Bic shavers
I do have an electric my mom got me when i first started shaving but i rarely use it
i think a straight razor is like what u see in the old movies, def not what i have

this is a safety razor, great shave and doesn't cost much to use it either, you don't have to take out a 2nd mortgage to shave 20 blades for $20 and I get a week per blade

I used to use the Gillette Proglide but like you said those blades are just too expensive so then I started using the cheap disposable ones to save some $ and they cut the shit out of me.

Finally I found some middle ground and started ordering from a online company called Harrys. They rock! I never pay for their shipping and they get affordable blades to me fast that work even better than the expensive blades I used to use. They also have shave plans similar to the dollar shave club but I just order them as I need them.

Again the same as Zach my parents gave me an electric shaver when I first started to shave. Used it for a year or so then changed to blades and never gone back.

Ok, yeah in the poll, gillettes are disposable cause you dispose of the head when it wears out that's basically what I mean. I have that one to shave my head, I don't dare use the safety on my head cause it doesn't do well with lots of curves like that. Overall the safety razor is the best I have used period. Takes a minute to get the hang of it and using it without any razor rash or cuts but once you master is as I have you will get an awesome shave that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, quality lather helps too.

No I am not in the dollar shave club, there is actually a shaving supply store about 40 minutes from me I only go there once a month cause that's really all I need to do cause I buy a lot when I am there. They offer great pricing too. They do have all kinds of different razors including a nice Gillette version of what you have in your picture, the kind you won't see in stores haven't priced it as I have been happy with my safety razor. That is a sweet looing razor by the way, I like it. They offer it in different colors white, black, blue and aluminum I do believe I'll get a picture of it when I go up there again.

Always the electric razor for me. Other methods just seem a lot of palaver for the temporary relief from a perfectly natural condition.

I guess it depends where you mean!

For shaving my face I use an electric, I like the ones with the stationary head but flexible blades, they give a pretty close shave and typically don't leave nicks or cuts, maybe a little irritation, but if done right out of the shower then it's not usually bad.

For shaving other sensitive areas, I use this: (link to commercial site removed - Admin). I just change the razor blade often, but it works very well if done in the shower after I've already rinsed the soap off, I find that by then my skin is loose enough, but I can also get a grip to stretch it taught.

I've found that a straight razor is what works best for me. I use it for the precision, mostly. Nothing else cuts as close for me.
