Day 14.

I had a bad day today. This morning I woke up feeling down, and the more I thought about why I was feeling down, I realized how much working on the drum brakes have made me irritated. I told my teacher that I managed to assemble a brake assembly in 1 min and 28 seconds, and He said that he will not sign off it until he sees me doing it again and He will time me.
The trouble is that it is very hard to assemble a drum brake without dropping something or losing a spring. So I told myself this morning that I will put my foot down and say no way. One thing led to another, I ended up grumpy all day today, even if two students in my class tried to convince me to just go ahead and assemble it and let the teacher time it. One student did not even help encourage me at all, she called me whiny and baby. That did not help improve my mood at all.

Oh yeah, I got my physics results, I failed it. Im not surprised anyway.

Now I have to study for a quiz tomorrow so wish me luck.

Hope my mood will improve tomorrow.



anyway, my ab streak is still going. I just don't feel like doing thing that might ruin it. I briefly saw some porn, but I realize I better stay away from it.

Good thing that you didn't do edge or even MB to make your mood better and that you kept your mind busy during the day..
I think that you should do let yout teacher time it again,i don't really know how hard it is but,if you can do it once,you can at least try to do it twice,maybe the effort will count anything to your teacher..idk,just my opinion.

I'm sorry you did failed in your test. You'll do better in the quiz. Just study hard and be sure of your answers. If you did study the chapters that are analysed on the test, well, you know the answers.

Well, i have the same problem with porn, i alsop have to get aways from porn. But we will make it. Don't forget, we are AB buddies.

Sometimes i also feel down and not always is easy to get happy again. The only thing i try to do the most is: see the positive side of everything, everyone, everywhere. I imagine you may do the same, but be positive. We all face several challenges, just don't let yourself down too much because of them. Trust in God and pray to him for guidance and help, and most of all, his spirit. He gives to freely to those asking. Also, we are here for you men.

Day 15.

After a day like yesterday, I realized today that it was a trigger that was pushed by what the teacher said on monday. I had a difficult childhood, which meant that I had to restrain my anger all the time. Whenever I got angry, I usually bottle it up and go out for a bicycle ride (insanely fast) until that anger went away. Then I would be calm for the rest of the day. I did not have the time or opportunity to ride my bicycle due to its winter here with ice and snow, and I had to study for test.
I am much better now, more calm and relaxed. Still have to study for a test as my teacher decided to postpone it to tomorrow. ha. crazy.

anyway, so far, no WD, no dreams, Still abstaining. Found myself wanting to watch porn occasionally, but I have to stay strong because I want to break my habit.

Bad days are terrible for AB, cause many times, we might end up using the bad feelings to mb - so we feel better. I'm so glad that you managed to resist and that you're feeling better. As i told you, teacher can be a pain in the ass, and sometimes we just need to swallow it up and forget what they said, ignore and move on. Most of teacher forget they were also students before.
I'm sorry to hear you had a difficul childhood. It's challenging... but i can see you're a good person, since, even having anger issues, you do your best to not explode. That makes me have you in high consideration.

As of porn, i'm also doing my best to keep away from the habit, but sometimes it's just looking at us from a side. But, stay strong, and you'll make it.

Day 17.

Had a nice day today, Did some work with disc brakes, Simple and straightforward but it help me understand how to disassemble better.

I had a very strange dream last night, It was very sexual, but oddly enough, nothing happened to me in reality. Oh well. I am not yet comfortable in explaining my dream in graphic details.

Just had a meeting with the Volkswagen Representative today, and they offered an opportunity for internship and I plan to apply for it. Hope I will be able to get it and learn more about Volkswagen, as VW has been in my family for years. My earliest memory of VW is being with my dad in his '74 VW westfalia in Chesapeake bay, USA. My dad can tell me stories and stories about VW as he owned so many, from a '57 VW beetle, all the way to VW squareback, and VW westfalia, even a '84 VW vanagon. Today, He still owns a VW, however its a 2008 VW passat diesel wagon.

Wish me luck.

As for my ab, still going strong. Today I was mildly tempted because of my dream, Felt like beating off and looking at porn. I kept telling myself no, I do not want to stumble at this point.

Now its time for me to catch some zzz...

Day 18.

Had another weird dream, it was sexual, but I could not remember it. Again, nothing happened when I woke up. Oh well.
I had a nice day today, warm weather finally after a long cold week. Enjoyed my time in the gym, ran for an hour and now Im calm and exhausted.

I am still slightly tempted because of that dream. The longer I abstain, the more I feel tempted to let loose, so to speak. Also I noticed that the longer I abstain, the more I start thinking about sex. I am reminded by a funny emoticon that I saw, /Users/paulkavanberg/Desktop/smiley-sex021.gif

This is what I feel so far.



Oh well, I'll keep staying strong, and Ignore what I am feeling so far. Luckily I have gym to help me calm right down, and sleep soundly.

It's so nice to see your progress on AB, and 18 days is a really nice mark. And i believe you must be proud.

We all face many challenges while on AB, and porn is certainly one of them, and watching porn gets us one step closer to mb. Just keep strong and keep your mind busy.

Day 20.

My body is starting to annoy me, I was jolted awake this morning by a morning wood that wouldn't go away. I found that my member down there is very sensitive at this point, but I will try my best to stay on my goal of breaking my habits. Its not going to be easy at this time.

As for my dreams, no dreams in the past 2 days.

Day 22.

Yeah future, erection is nice, but sometimes it wakes me up and I cannot get back to sleep, so It is irritating sometimes. Life is good for me, just had a theory test this morning and I got B so I am pleased with the results.

as for physics,

nuff said.

anyway, my abstain so far is doing good. still struggle with "no touch" as I am now feeling the effect of abstaining so long so far.
It is tough when It's been a habit of mine for so long.

well, Day 23.

"spring break" for me is starting day after tomorrow, so I am looking forward to some rest from school. Its odd to feel more exhausted from school considering in the fall, I was not that tired and I could continue straight through until december. Now its only 1 month and a half, and I am mentally exhausted.

I have not yet had any wet dream so far. Still struggle with mr happy being too happy in the mornings especially when I shower. I still have to remind myself to "do not touch" Like future says, Each day I abstain, is a victory. So thanks for the word of encouragement.

Day 24.


I find myself irritated that I cannot stop thinking about mb. I truly want to do it.

I've made it to 24 days without mb. Why today of all the days that I feel like chewing my nails off the fingers of my hand so that I can avoid mb.

My body wants to mb so badly, my mind dont want to. Its like Im fighting inside.

Day 25.

Whew. I made it through today. It was tough trying to ignore what my body want to do. Its funny, I never use drugs, or drink alcohol because I know its bad for me. Yet Im going through this mb withdrawl just like Im trying to quit drugs and alcohol. I cannot make comparison with drugs and alcohol.

Still, doing mb, loving the feeling that I get, however short it is, and Doing it constantly for years. When I decided to quit, it was a surprise to find out that I cannot quit. It became a real struggle just to try and beat this habit of mine. I am glad I got through last night and today without falling. It was really tough.

I was glad my friends called me up out of the blue asking if I wanted to spend the time chatting with them in a coffee shop. I grabbed that opportunity and got out of my home and had a pleasant evening chatting about many things.

What an interesting day. My boner wouldn't leave me alone today.

Made it through today, now looking forward to sleep. Tomorrow will also be interesting as I have my break from school. So I will need to keep myself busy to avoid falling into the trap of being bored and just mb senselessly.

I'm sorry you did break your AB, after all it happens - it has happened to me recently (day 2 here) and also, we did know "failure" would happen in this journey!
Masturbation is a big addiction and not always is easy to control the desire. Just remember, you're on AB once, you'll do it again men, and you were doing great work, and good work you shall continue. I have faith in you men.
Also, try to learn something from the mb - what lead to it, what can you do next time to prevent.
This journey is not easy, but can be accomplished, i'm sure. Don't forget, we're in the same race men!

Day 1.

hmm... I don't have the words to express myself as to why I decided to mb. All I can say is that why did I do it? Maybe I was bored? I've noticed a correlation between boredom and mb. because when I am extremely busy with school, work, or with friends, mb is in the back of my head with out any thought to it. I remember one summer when I was working for a summer camp, and to me, It gave me such joy and happiness to work there, that I never even thought of mb for the entire 3 month I worked there. So I need to fill my days to keep myself busy and happy. because being sad and lonely also triggers mb.

Just my thinking. So here's to a new beginning.

day 2.

I had a sort of nice week break from school. Will be going back to school tomorrow.
The break I had was so-so. Could be better but for some reason, I felt burnt out so I just decided to veg out. Now I've been trying to figure out why Im feeling this way in the past few days, and I realized that I might be depressed. OH well. It is difficult for me to even express myself, and even to get myself moving (aside from going to the gym, It feels good to go to the gym)

Hope going back to school will help me get out of the rut once again. (I kind of doubt it as physics is a huge thorn in my side)

Well,,,, its day 6.

Its been an interesting week. Im studying on how power steering work. and I actually will have an interview with VW this monday. so wish me luck.

No dreams so far. School is good, still struggle with physics, and just got the results of my quiz from electric theory and I got 55 percent. Not too happy about that. I will have a mid term tomorrow so wish me luck that I might do better. But electric is not my forte.

Day 1.

Am I angry that I went and mb. not really, just disappointed. Why I did it, well, I was bored, restless. Winter can be tough on people who are cooped up indoors due to cold weather. Right now Canada is in a deep cold weather, Where I am from, Just about nearly cold. but cold enough to make it unpleasant. The temperature is hovering at -14 c ( 6 F) with wind chill. Normally in the summer, i would just go outside for a long walk or a bike ride. but its too cold and icy. I mb last night because I knew that I will not be able to sleep well and wanted to sleep good. Poor excuse I know. But all i can say is i had a nice day today. Still cold, but I went to the gym and had a 2 hour exercise, plus did some work for school (homework) and baked lasagna for dinner. Extraordinarily delicious dinner. I havent had that dinner in a while and its my favourite dinner to eat.

I am also nervous about the VW interview this monday, trying to figure out what to wear, think about answering questions, hoping that they will actually accept me and sign me on into their program for apprenticeship.

Im in alberta, so its like half, half. I used to live in north alberta. Grew tired of the location, so I moved to south alberta. So now its much better, sometimes deeply cold, luckily enough, its usually short lived, so I can tolerate that.

Day 4.

Today I found myself down in the doldrums because of physics. Im at a crossroad and not certain about what to do. I feel like giving up. On the positive side, my other courses I am excelling at so I will focus more on that.

A classmate suggested that I cheat my way through physics, but I cannot. I prefer to learn it so that I will know how to answer it when I get the final exam.

Sorry, I was a bad mood recently. Someone insulted me at school and it hurts. Now Im all right. I passed my electrical midterm so I am happy. Yesterday I had to do shop mid term, lots of measuring. Hope I passed it. Life is the same for me, school, home. study. Oh yeah, the VW interview did not work out. The interview went very well but I was not selected to work for them.

Oh well, I will have to keep trying for different companies.

there, a simple equation that describes what happened this past week. I had a nice day today, relaxing, learning about parables from the bible, enjoyed watching movies and some tv shows. The weather is making me feel cheerful now because its warm, 14 c today. Looking forward to spring where I will start to ride my bicycle and enjoy being outside again. Winter, no sane person will spend all their time outside. its too depressing when the temperature plummet to -15 or colder and same time cloudy and dim watery sun.
