Ok. So it could be day 12 or 13 but It is at least day 11 since I can't remember before then for sure. Been reading a lot about Taoism and semen retention lately. Pretty interesting and should make total sense to the folks on this forum. Goal is to retain your life force and the more you retain the better you feel and more confident and stronger you are.

Difference is they still have sex and ensure they use that sexual energ albeit without ejaculating. So what that means is they have mastered the separation between orgasm and ejacualtion. Yes, this is possible. We just aren't trained to do so. These men become multi orgasmic. Full blown which turn into body orgasms and they can decide to cum or not. They recommend an ejacualtion once every 6 weeks or even once or twice a year. But they DO NOT recommend abstinence or trying to curb your sexual thoughts or orgasms.

Much is to be learned and work to be done to train yourself to be multi orgasmic and have total control over ejacualtion. Would be good to see most folks on this forum trying this in conjunction with their wetdream goal.

Keep in mind they try to train their brains NOT to have wetdreams so that they can continue to retain their semen. How they do that is they still have sex and channel their desires towards their partners. Seems like the big key here is separating orgasm and cumming. Once they can do this they can orgasm profusely since there is no refractory period, they have no sense of loss or down feeling afterwards, and continue on their sexual high.

You can research yourself by googling semen retention methods.

So anyhow, I'm giving this a shot. I think my biggest issue is going to be the lack of practice during MB and the fact I am at day 11. I really do not want to try to see if my PC muscles are strong enough to cut off ejaculating right after orgasm and then lose it all.

So I think my goal is to work towards successfully having a Prostate only massage orgasm, which I almost had months ago after ABing for 16 days. That's my goal and then after I onecday do this, I'll try holding back and separating O and ejacualtion.

OK, so it's a week later, anything to report?

Well an update would be im on day 19 and still have not achieved the prostate O. Which has been pissing me off and likely keeping me from reaching it. That said this has been the easiest 19 days I have ever gone, with my longest AB before was 17 days. But I was highly sexually charged during that AB period and this one not so much.

My only guess is to blame this on prostate massage. As I said in my journal, I haven't teleased any fluid in this massage but I'm thinking it has been releasing sexual tension. I mean I can still get easily aroused by my wife barely touching me but no morning wood no random wood or waking in the night to hard ons. So my hypothesis is the prostate massaging almost every day has been releasing tension making the AB period easier

I have also noticed my prostate not as plump and it was during last AB period and it has not released any fluid when doing a number two without me squeezing my PC muscles to see if a droplet will come out. Last AB period it would squirt out by day 14. Again, maybe massage has been alleviating it even though I have seen no fluid get released.

So my experiment from this point is no prostate massage for next 4 days. Maybe the thought alone that I can't touch my prostate will build up tension over next few days. Thoughts?

I would love if people on this forum who are ABing and have been horny could try massaging their prostate to see if their horniness goes down in the subsequent days or at the very worst they end up getting a prostate O. This would prove that prostate massage can alleviate sexual tension when ABing but without releasing semen.
