I don't think there's an easy answer for that. Things at home are smooth and mom is doing great. Can't say that dad death's anniversary doesn't kill us a bit, but, we keep strong and time helps healing all the wounds... at least, the wounds begin to heal. I know it was already 5 years ago, but it seems much like yesterday.

In this past months, i've fell in love, i began a relation and it did end, cause things didn't move forward and things weren't going anywhere. I'm single, i could also say i'm almost happy. But no, i remain a virgin, and very happy with it

Sometimes i do ask what's wrong with me, and i must say i ask that more frequently than i'm comfortable to say.

I know that i'm a bit messed up. I've been sad and awkward the past few days... since i broke things... it's not been the same... i know i should be sad, but things just lost its bright and shine. Well, apparently tonight gonna be a night of 2 posts in my journal... cause i just need to talk and talk about something... and i've just choose the topic: GUILT

Yah, lets talk about guilt, cause that feeling you do have after doing something wrong (at least you should have that feeling after doing something wrong, like hurting someone - you know what i mean), that buzzing in your brain that is able to keep you awake at all time.
Some of us feel guilt after masturbation or after watching porn, i do, and maybe you, the one that is reading this little (lets hope so) post, feel guilt also after masturbating, cause of some religious conviction or just because your irrational/rational portion of the brain that manages guilt begins to blink like a freak glowing-worm.... But that happens. All of us know that after masturbation, and the ones that feel guilt have to moderate guilt so it doesn't overcome them. So in one hand you have guilt, and in the other you have guilt control. Your brain, at the same time says to you to feel guilty while at the same time it says it was nothing. The thing is: you may get relaxed at the point that your mind lets it go, makes you not feel guilty at all in some respect, like our not so estimate mb. Should you feel guilty, or shouldn't you? How do you deal with that?

Well, for me, as a complicated individual, there's no easy answer for that, cause i'm certainly not a model human. But what happens is... After mb i do feel guilt of doing it, but i also know that i can't punish myself too much or i'd go crazy, but also, sometimes it happens that it almost appears that i didn't felt guilt after doing it. So, after realising that, i get guilt over not getting guilty at the time. Yah, i know, i'm crazy. But that's how sometimes i feel. I'm a complicated person and even if i try to rationalise the most i can in my world, there are things i just can't grasp. I'm very much aware of the need of a balanced guilt-feeling, and i try to have it, but how exactly to balance it, its certainly not the simplest of things.

Maybe all this should help me on the AB process, and maybe i need to focus more on what mb makes me - it gives me pleasure, but it also breaks me apart. That's something i'm not sure i had thought before.

Maybe you didn't read this, maybe you did, let's just say, guilt or not guilt is a heavy subject...

Still feeling sad?Try to use it as a weapon to keep your WD goal strong.I did it when i was sad and when i realized,i was already on week 2 or 3!I was feeling so sad that i wasn't even with the mood to go to sleep late,and i used to MB everyday before i go to sleep,and that helped me with the other thing: Guilty.

I remember that when i MB in the morning,afternoon or at night a few hours before going to sleep,i noticed that i felt guilty of doing it,i felt down,depressed and confused because of what i did,but when i started to do it a few min before going to sleep,i didn't have the time to feel guilty,and then i slept well..

So,why don't you try to do that too?Not that i am encouraging you to MB,but if you don't resist the urge and MB,let it happen before you go to sleep.)

Now,about the sadness,try to sleep early,and with that you won't even remember of MB.In time,you won't be thinking about MB and Porn and you'll see that you can reach your goal faster than you thought you would.And try to think about positive things and try to occupy your mind with things you like to do or that you want to do,like travel to some place,a music you don't listen a long time ago,a game that you play/played...etc.

There are times when shitty days are only to be followed by another, incredibly, same old, or even bigger shitty day. yesterday and today were days like that. My grandfather, my moms dad is 82 yo and he just got anther stroke yesterday
It's not the first time it does happen. The first one was something as about 5 to 6 years and about each year he has one or two minor ones, those so called micro/mini strokes... But yesterday he had one big time and although he is at home, with conscience and moving around, watching him today was simply sad. Due to age and his previous conditions, his mobility wasn't great, bur now is worse. His right arm is not functioning well and he was so sad, so sad, so empty in his look. Seeing the condition falling to that is simply sad, not normal, it's something that broken my heart.
We know what might be following... we don't know, but me and my mom fear he may not last that much, and unfortunately, we live a bit far from him and can't give the help he is needing right now. It's not easy to see a family member like that, and i just have that will to fix things... But i can't. No one can, cause no one can cure people, but the wish remains.

I must say this was one more day i did look at how ephemeros we are, we become, how ephemera life is and how everything is gone in a bit.
Always i look to very sick people, or older people that are alone and their children don't look for them i just think in who the hell we are... is that being human? I don't think so, but maybe i'm alone on that one.

My mom is also so sad. I know she's showing strength but after getting home she was just exhausted of everything and of the miserable living conditions we did watch. And unfortunately, its something we just have to live with, and making peace with that is one of the hardest things you have to do, cause at that moment, you'll need to shed this bit of humanity.

So i can't say i'm feeling much better, i'm probably feeling like the world, sad, revolted, angry and thinking that humanity needs to change as whole. But thank you my friends for hearing me out. Thanks in special to apolinario.

Yeah, its tough being sad. I was sad in the past to the point where its unbearable. What changed for me, well, I decided to make a fresh change in my life. Now Im satisfied but recently found that I was not content. So I decided to make a change again, going to college. thats a big enormous change for me because I am the type of person who would be "don't rock the boat" routine and keep things smooth with no changes. Now I realize I truly enjoyed doing this particular course.

As for your grandpa, I know what that feels like, my grandpa is currently 96 years old and still alive. but somehow I dread the day when the time is up. He is starting to show his age, getting confused, needing assistance to walk, cannot function independently anymore. But I am glad He had a great life, he was a farmer and I have wonderful memories of that life with him. So whatever happens to your grandpa, recall all the fond memories you have, and appreciate the life you have left with him. Grab the opportunity to talk with him, share whatever you learn with him. I am sure he would appreciate that attention.

I believe that many senior folks are lonely and need company.

As to your ab, stay strong, if you find yourself tempted, find a way out, do something, go for a walk. pray, rant to God. God will listen. In the bible there are many stories where people are ranting to God and God still listened to them.

I just deal very bad seeing others suffering, seeing people getting old and debilitated and limited by disease or others. I hate seeing abandoned people, specially old people, and in the area i live there's so many elders that are abandoned by their children, and it's just sad and wrong and those situations just make me ask who we are do deny help to others, and specially to the one that once took care of us. Although this has nothing to with wet dreams, i believe will all my heart this has to do with all of us and with all of mankind...

Today, 27 of January of 2015 marks 70 years since, the unfairly imprisoned at Auschwitz were released by the soviet forces. This was the day, those people were free from that concentration camp, where, for the nazi, they were not people, not nothing, a place they had no rights. Let us remember those events, so there's a recollection of them in our collective mind, so these doesn't happen again.
In the news i heard one survivor. He said: "I don't blame the ones that don't believe in the Holocaust. How can they believe in such horrors made to people by other people? I don't blame them!"
This sentence deeply touched me because he was right, what was done was completely out of what could ever be done: killing people in chambers of gas, burning them in ovens/crematories - sometimes still alive -, performing medical experiments in children. We cannot forget this ever. We cannot forget.

So i hope, this humble post may honor those who suffer and/or died there and also to the ones that survived it. Let's hope we never forget that!

Thank you apolinario for your kind words. Thank you so much. When we slip on AB it's always good to hear we aren't alone and that there's who cares and understands the situation and faces the same everyday!

Its day 2. I was very busy yesterday, and even at home, i wasn't that much horny. I'm not going to say i didn't thought on mb, but since i had so much to do, it helped me loose that awful idea.
Today i'm at work, right now, so i won't mb. Then i have an exam in late afternoon and will arrive late at home. It will be a hell of day, tiring and stressing - after a day of work i'll haver a 3h exam... how will i find my brain for it... and i really need to get positive in the exam, it's a hard subject, and trying not to be very melodramatic, well, this exam, today, can define my life, at least for next year cause i wanna get a scholarship and i can only apply for it if this subject is done. So it's a day of stress. And that's bad for AB... many times i'd mb to relieve stress, a headache, to feel better. In such day i'd do it in the bath once i got home or even later at bed... lets hope i can resist that.

Im glad I am not the only one who had a test today. Mine was about Physics, and I did badly on it. Math is not my forte, so whenever math is brought up with the complexities such as physics, everything goes out the window.

And you're not alone on the bad exam either... it did suck yesterday and i'm like 99,99% sure i won't pass... also, this way, even if i hope to get a small positive i won't be as much disappointed, but it will make me loose a great opportunity. I don't have a problem with math, i actually love math, but the problem is that they put some terrible exercise to be done... Hell, some teacher never try to make things easy. I hope your next exam goes well man.



It's this time it's great to share our experiences, cause sometimes we think we're the only ones who do it. And i can't say that after mb after a stressing day wasn't good, but the good feeling and the relaxation was always brief... didn't the same happened to you dreamtraveller?

It's Day 4, no much to tell, just the same old stuff. Slept well and wasn't that tempted to mb yesterday. DAY 5 and DAY of BLUE BALLS

Good morning guys, how are you?
Well, it's day 5 here and i'm with blue balls. Since yesterday i've began to feel my testicles and scrotum heavier and today it's even more. Actually, my right testicle is causing me discomfort. A really serious BLUE BALLS CASE...

So, this was a difficult day to AB... You see, i have this enormous case of blue balls... fortunately, i'm better. Yes, my balls are not such heavy as before. How, you ask? I grabbed a soft towel and embedded the towel in hot water and just put the warm wet towel against my scrotum, it felt so good. I did it for a while until the pain subsided. I repeated the protocol of wetting the towel in hot water and putting against my scrotum. It did help a lot. Also, carefully, i did massage the scrotum and testes over the towel. It was very helpful. Did it cure blue balls? No...
Once again, early evening, the pain was back and so the discomfort. It was bath time, so it was a good time for some heat. I took a good hot shower and that was also a relief, specially while directing the shower, with careful to the balls - the spray of water does make a difference. Did it resolve the issue? Not completely, and maybe tomorrow i'll be bad again, but that's a price to pay for AB... And you guys know it.
Well, can only hope i can continue my AB. Wish me luck, and also, wish me to recover fast from my blue-balls (i know its a good sign... it means my balls are being loaded with semen).

don't worry about blue balls being bad. Its a normal process because of us always mb, now we are not, the testicles are storing and are not accustomed to it. But in time, they will go away and you will feel much better. Keep it up and stay strong.

Well,i can't tell you how to fix this,because i don't have blue balls..not even in the beginning of my AB,and now with almost 120 days,i still don't have them..

But do it like you did before with the warm towel and massage..at least it's something temporary while it gets used to the load inside.

And don't forget to keep your focus!

Good evening people, how are you, dear reader of my humble journal?

Today is day 7 of AB. Until now it hasn't been a difficult day. Yesterday it was.
Yesterday i was at my grandpas house... as i said he suffered a stroke and things aren't that charming. To worse everything else, my aunt living with him, received us the worst way possible at home... We're trying to do the best we can, and still it's not enough, it never enough and she's always the perfect one. There's no patience for that. Yesterday, there was a moment when i just wanted to pull a trigger on myself and die...
At night, at home, i crave a bit and so... i did edge and porn was also involved: both my Achilles hill... But i didn't cum, which isn't that bad.

The bus balls are better... I slept naked again, but in this situation i've began to think if some support in the balls, by the men of underwear wouldn't be better, since the balls are heavier? Just a though... although i'm better, i believe i'll sleep with boxers this night, and see if there's any difference tomorrow.
