After a lot of consideration I've decided to make a log for the site. I was against it for the longest time, but I've decided that maybe it'd give me an out to talk about things that maybe I'm not comfortable talking about to my friends and family.

Having said that, I'll discuss a little about myself...

My name is Jordan, I'm 24 years old, having just turned 24 last month. I'd rather you guys just call me Bluemoon though. In the realm of 99.9% of the other guys I've met in all my time, I'm kind of a black sheep. I don't masturbate, have never tried it, and don't intend on doing it. I've had this conversation with my personal friends I don't know how many times, as it has come up more than once, and while they thought it was weird at first, have come to accept that it's just the way I am.

It might be worth backing up here for a moment, as I know a lot of people have asked me, "Why?" - that's usually the first question I get. Then before I even answer they begin to interject their own ideas as to why I don't, "Religion?", "Strict parenting?", "Something wrong with the plumbing?" - just to name a few. It's none of those. I'm not religious, my parents weren't really what I'd describe as the restrictive type, and I assure you, the plumbing is working just fine. To point to any one thing about my masturbatory, or lack-there-of, habits ultimately comes down to a whole series of smaller events that played out in my life that lead me to where I am. No one thing shaped my sexual views, it's ultimately how I chose to be.

My dad is really great, and steered me on a path where he taught me the importance of what a man could be, and how he should behave. It's ultimately why I chose no sex until marriage. Not because of religious dogma, but because he stressed on me the importance of self-reliance and value of hard work. Most of my friends have either shuffled off to college, or still living at home. I could have done either of those, but I valued the aspect of hard work - in earning what I have, and not living beyond my means. I moved out of the house when I was 19. I don't think anything could have prepared me for the hardships that awaited me, and I could only describe it as a situation where I worked my ass off. I put in more hours at every job I've had than most people do in a single week, very rare are the times I'd call out or decide I didn't want to go in. Plus, to be honest, I'm not the academic sort, I struggled through school, but give me a set of tools or a goal in mind and I'll grind my way through it.

I've had roommates from time to time, my last roommate has since moved out, he lost his job and I couldn't afford to support two of us, he ended up moving back home. I'm hopeful for how things go moving forward, but not naive enough to think that everything will play out to the best case.


I came to the site one night, I forget how long ago, it's been a while, because I wanted to know, was hoping really, that men who don't masturbate aren't just .... If anything, reading some of the posts here has only solidified my resolve not to start. I can't say that masturbation is bad in any meaningful capacity, but some of what I've read has really made me sad. I've seen some of the posters here really beating themselves up over it - to the point where I can't help but worry that they suffer from depression over it.

As far as relationships go, I've had one girlfriend, and we really loved each other, loved being around each other, and we cherished our time together. Out of highschool though she chose to go to college out of state. We had a long discussion about it one night though and ultimately decided that with neither of us being in a position to see each other, and knowing that marriage wasn't an option, we mutually agreed that it was best we went our separate ways. And I get this asked a lot - did we have sex? No. We were both virgins, I still am, she's no longer, and while we do occasionally talk to each other (not so much lately as she has a new boyfriend), we both knew that we weren't ready. Family's important to me though, and I do intend on having kids, but only when the time's right. Until then, I can happily wait.

A.) This question really annoys me, but I'll answer it anyways. All kinds! Boxers, briefs, boxerbriefs, jockstraps, and a host of other types. What I wear is usually dependent on what kind of activity I'm going to be engaged in.


Q.) Have you ever seen other guys naked before?

A.) Many, many times. I showered during gym, I've seen about half the guys in class naked at one point or another, I've gone skinny dipping plenty of times, and I grew up partially on a military base when I was younger. No, I'm not shy about showering in a public setting, it's just been a part of my life, and not something that bothers me. And it shouldn't bother you either, if it does, get over yourself.


Q.) Have you ever seen a girl naked?

A.) I've seen my girlfriend naked more than once, and yes, I've even touched her boobs, and yes, I've kissed her.


Q.) Since you don't masturbate, does it impact your sex drive, or do you have low sex drive?

A.) I can only describe my sex drive as 'normal' for me. Yes, I do get horny, but I exercise self control, and a little self control can go a long ways.


Q.) Did anyone teach you about masturbation when you were younger, how did you not know about it?

A.) I became aware of it as a thing when I was about 17-18, I was still in highschool. It came up in sex education and while I was mildly interested in it - more of as a "Why?" kind of thing, I wasn't interested in trying it for myself. I guess in my mind, it seemed like such an odd thing.

A.) This is one of those things that I find to be .... Well, odd about this site, is the celebration of wet dreams. I guess it makes sense when so many of the guys here are trying so hard to achieve one, but my celebration to having a wet dream usually consists of waking up in the dead of night, changing my underwear, and hoping to go back to bed before getting up for work.


Q.) Have you ever had an SE?

A.) When I was first asked this question, I didn't even know what an "SE" was. Now that I do know what it means, yeah, I've had them, more than a few. Most of them have occurred while at the gym while I was working out, usually squats or sit-ups or using the ab machine.


Q.) Do you watch porn?

A.) Not really my thing. The internet's a never ending fountain of porn, I don't need to find it, it does sometimes find me. I think this is where the clash of two ideologies come into play. From my perspective, I don't want or need to be more horny, and I'm not seeking to satisfy an urge by masturbating. When I said a little self control can go a long ways - no more could that statement be truer than the act of looking up porn. I guess if you want to curb masturbation, the first step is to know what not to do, looking at porn could very well be that first step.

A.) I'm not qualified to make do, or not do, anything. Life's a series of choices and we live by those choices. I'm not sure that masturbation is even a bad thing, it's just something that I've never done and don't feel inclined to try.

A.) No.

A.) Well, sometimes my penis gets erect, sometimes I leak copious amounts of precum, neither of which are mutually exclusive.

In regards to the addiction portion, I can definitely see that in some of the threads I've read where the guys are trying to stop for one reason or another. I don't have an opinion one way or another if masturbation's harmful in any capacity, but I've seen a lack of the ability to stop for whatever their reasons are as becoming a form of depression when they regress back into the activity. To anyone suffering from this condition - my only advice, for whatever it's worse, is that if failing to stop masturbation is really beating you up that bad that you're actually depressed over it - then don't try it. Be happy with who you are. Any harm you perceive from masturbation is far less than that imposed by self-imposed depression from failing to stop. Your short-comings in life aren't from your masturbation habits, it's from your perceived notion of that it's harming you - and it's the depression that's doing the actual damage. You're not a failure, you're a human being, minor addictions are a part of life.

I don't know that wet dreams are 'helping' me in any real sense. I see them more of a byproduct of my lack of sexual outlet and less of something that's facilitating my life choices. In short, I have wet dreams because I'm not sexually active, I'm not sexually inactive because of my wet dreams.


@Speaking of that,i guess that you have idea of how it's the orgasm feeling right?What have you thought about that feeling?

I'm not 100% sure I know what a proper orgasm feels like, what I perceive as orgasms might not be the same as the rest of you experience. Most of the incidents where I've ejaculated the sensation was either a tingling sensation in my groin area or that feeling of when I have to pee, but very strong and sudden. Fewer than half of my wet dreams result in me feeling like I'm experiencing what I've read as described as an orgasm. Most of them involve a random non-sexual dream where I wake up wet. Some of them are sexual in nature - some involve girls, some of them guys, the context of the dream is rarely sexual though in nature.

Several of them that I can recall involved a sudden need to urinate while in the dream, usually in an embarrassing way - like I'll be in a pool somewhere swimming with other people and I'll need to pee - I've peed in the pool countless times - but in the wet dream situations I'll pee an unrealistic amount - to the point of almost being absurd, like the water around me becomes noticeably warmer and yellow - even the bystanders in my dream will notice it, I find them to be embarrassing.

I've talked a bit to some of the others here who have also experienced wet dreams and have or actively masturbate have told me that the orgasms they experience in their wet dreams are more intense than the ones they feel while masturbating. I can neither confirm nor deny this, but I can't really say too much on someone else's experience - only that my own experience has been that I'm not sure I experience orgasms the way they've described. I would describe the sensation as pleasurable, but more in the way that release feels good. Like taking a piss when you need to go so bad you almost can't hold it back anymore.

So I quit my job today. I found out that our gas leak was caused by someone, someone in management, who okay'd a repair job that involved patching up a broken gas line by simply sticking a huge wad of plumber's putty on it. How or why anyone thought this was okay blows my mind. (I've attached a photo of this)

There's a schoolhouse full of children not 25 feet away from the affected building. If that side room had exploded, the amount of damage, and potential for injury and death is staggering. I was absolutely floored when I saw this.

The place needs to be condemned, it's barely functional, and they can't get anyone out to fix anything because corporate has failed, on multiple occasions, to pay out for services rendered. So now no one wants to be involved with repairs. It's a sinking ship, and I want no part in it anymore.

First day in a long time where I didn't have to worry about getting up for work. Stressing out about being somewhere at a specific time, or chasing all over the place. Feels good to relax. Thinking I'll spend a few days catching some downtime until I start looking for another job. Not sure what I'm going to end up doing, but gas stations are, more or less, out of the question for right now.

After everything I've been through the past week I'm mentally and emotionally exhausted. The district manager at my last job really wanted me to stay, it was nice to think that I was valued - maybe, but I can't get behind a company that doesn't give a damn about the community and the safety of their own employees.

Went to the doctor yesterday about my ear, he told me what I kind of already knew - just gotta wait for it to resolve. Also turns out I've put on a few pounds, need to start hitting the gym again, or at least getting some exercise. My last job didn't really have me doing much of anything, did a lot of standing around. Just wish the weather would warm up soon so I can go hiking or something.

I hate not working, I've been in high gear for work for so long that I feel like I need to jump right back in. Not ready yet though, need to relax for a while, catch my breath as it were. Haven't really gone job hunting yet.

I had a roommate for several months, but he moved out a couple weeks ago. He decided he wasn't ready to strike out just yet, he lost his job and wasn't going to be able to help with the expenses of living there. We talked about it, and he decided to move back home for a while until he got a new job lined up and better organized in his life.





I'm rarely naked at home, even when I'm alone. Unless I forget to fetch some clothes from the laundry room before I shower or something, in which case I'll make the short walk from the bathroom to the laundry room naked, otherwise I've pretty much always got something on, most of the time I wear shorts around the house, sometimes a shirt, sometimes not.




Yeah, I apologize if that gave any confusion. I wasn't naked that night, I was wearing a pare of shorts that I sometimes wear, they're like exercise shorts, something you might wear to the gym. The material's soft and breathable, and they're a little bit bigger and looser than normal shorts. Again, I don't really sleep in the nude, and even though this pare of shorts didn't cut it either, I normally wear shorts and/or underwear. This was intended to help contain any potential messes. However, this particular pair of shorts coupled with the fact that I wasn't wearing underwear did little to help anything as it made a huge mess anyways.



Just a little bit of the tip is exposed when I'm erect, unless I manually retract it, it's pretty well covered.
