DAY 4

Nothing much has happend today i hit up the gym for about 30mins with a near cramp in the left leg.

So i on day 5.

So i went to bed at 1am this morning and for the first time ever i felt really relaxed, only bad side i couldnt get to sleep untill about 6am is when i finally got to sleep and i woke at 12:30pm. my heart has been been beating strangely fast, its now normal.

Day 6.

My day started off well with my dentist calling me (quite frankly i am in no mood to pay $240AUD for a filling and a clean) which i didn't answer xD

I must have a strange temp which hasn't shown itself, cos while i was at the gym on the jogger i was boiling hot and sweaty hmmmm

since last Friday to now i have had no urges to MB i have looked at porn, no urges. of course every night when i hop into bed my dick stands proudly at attention with the saying "pull me" all over it. xD

Hi everyone, sorry for the off again on again on the forums. i just been trying to look for another job, personal life problems etc. so ill start with the sad/bad news first

well a good mate i know though tafe wanteded to go out last friday night, i said i (MIGHT).....and hour later my power goes out from 7pm to 10pm. when i got my phone back on charge i got another text "well?" also 45mins before the power came back on, the wife of a mate messged me saying "harley choose wisely you just came back from summer camp from phillip island. so i sent a text back saying no......i get a text back saying "F*** YOU THEN!" and "its not all about (them) <---the church/youth group i go to. i didnt text back and i got a final mesege back saying "well i guess this is goodbye and nice knowing you". one door closes on a friendship, another opens

now onto the good news.

for one yes summer camp with the younglings to phillip island with 4 other campuses (same name "empire") proved a stress reliver and a chance to pray for more good things to come into my life. which has also started me to ab again. and i had a friendship group last night with a bunch of people and the husband and wife complimented on how much i have changed since starting church 4 years ago.

I've been a bit quite on the forums lately. personal life problems. in the last 2 months i have maneged to get my P PLATES
cant drive, no car.

i should do a calender check now and set me AB counter. a week ago i went down to Melbourne for a youth conference. as well as a near week so im almost 3 weeks in AB.

i passed my L's to my P's and i have gotten a car a 1986 Toyota carolla csx. ive been driving around like crazy. i havent been drinking at all over the last few months been to busy

some people have found my WDF logs though Google and are taking the absolute piss out of me on the lfs server i hang out on. they keep telling me this is a public forum so nothing is private. i have no idea why they would be looking and annoying ME over this. in other words they have no respect for the sites i write on or i join up as this can be found with google search. seeing as they still havent given up im leaving this certain server as they cant respect me and the sites i hang on.

It's fine, we all experience such problems, for example. when I was 12 I couldn't stop playing with my penis in school around all of the girls, wondering if you had the same problem?

Hi there WDF! long time i haven't been on how are we all doing?

Look ill start with the most recent which was this week!

(warning! the following story which i saw though my own eyes contains mature content M18+)

FAST FOWARD to 17/3/14 11:15pm aedst. there was a knock on my door, i answer it to a female and a male looking very pissed off, she unlawfully enters my unit and corners me into the kitchen saying "how ******* dare you" over and over again, at this time im just about crapping my pants as the male picks up a steak knife off my bench and stands there asking "what do you want me to do with him" now ive butted in and said i dont know what this is all about, she tells me. in the end i scream at her "ASK YOUR ******* son HE was the one who started this and im now copping your wrath!" she goes and asks her son who has legged it from the car up the driveway, by this time ive gone into a case of full blown shock, she comes back apologizes with no remorse in her voice for what she has just done, she and the male left. 3 mins after im in the car FLOORING IT at 100kmph where its 60kmph to my parents house screaming my lungs out with fright. now i few days later (Wednesday) im left to deal with full blown PTS(post traumatic stress) from it. Police where notified and a statement was taken but no action has been taken due to not enough evidence as the knife the male picked up threw it in the sink. plus the family may have had ties to outlaw bikie gangs. i was not hurt in any way during this ordeal

Thursday and today have been very unstable over the last 2 days having to take sleeping pills as ive had insomnia and ive had a few angry outbursts following me breaking down. today saw a counselor which in my option was the best i could of done to move on or i would have started abusing substances or and drugs. i finally can finish with im on the mend slowly!

As for AB, what has happened Monday night has left me in fear that is that if i so much as masturbate, he will know and come back and slice my genitals off. this is how bad this has affected me.

Now i just signed up to nofap after i decided to make it a NY resolution, i do the night shift at work so by the time i come home its 12:30 or later and cant bother.
