I think it's different for everyone. For me day 3 and 4 are milestones for me because I have a spike in hornyness and energy. Some that doesn't happen for a while longer.

In my experience the first few weeks of not masturbating are the hardest. I felt extremely horny, especially at night.

You may expect to notice your balls and penis to feel fuller and funny sensations in your balls too.

I wouldn't get hung up on not touching your penis. Carry on as you would normally. Just try not to ejaculate. From what I have read on here many guys still stimulate there balls and penis to the point of just before ejaculation.

You need to work out your sleep cycles to find out what time REM occurs for you, from my readings waking up during or soon after REM stage helps you remember the dream. If you can go back to sleep easily if you wake up during the night try one of the lucid dreaming techniques called WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming) to bring on a sexy dream. As for just going to sleep and seeing what comes thinking about sexy/horny things as you drift off to sleep can help bring on dreams relating to that subject.

Lucid dreaming and wet dreaming can go together very well so I would suggest you read up on this, I have tried it but I need to get my dream recall up back for this to work for me. As dream recall is key for lucid dreaming to work as you will need to work out your dream sign(s) so you can be aware you are actually dreaming and also to actually remember if you had a dream that you became lucid in. There is plenty of places on the net that you can learn about lucid dreaming for free.
