For me, most times on my left hand side, the other times on my back. I never sleep on my stomach and have never had a WD in that position.

though I normally fall asleep best on my stomach I have had wet dreams:
-on my left/right side
-my back (though I RARELY am able to fall asleep on my back) though that was the most intense wet dreams I have ever had and I was sleeping naked too
- my stomach

though I prefer sleeping naked, I have had wet dreams wearing briefs and sleeping naked

I also find it humorous the last wet dream I had (dec 2014) I was sleeping naked and on my stomach but i dreamt I was wearing white hanes briefs in the dream (which I sometimes wear white briefs but NEVER hanes) and that I got a raging erection in the briefs in the dream caused me to ejaculate in the dream and real life

I tend to sleep on my side. I used to sleep on my stomach a lot, but then my nighttime erections tend to wake me up more often. Sometimes I'll sleep on my back as well.
