Day 4

It's been a while since my last post. I have decided to get back on the AB wagon now that I am not traveling and try for more WDs. I didn't want to have a WD in a hotel room because that would be a little weird for housekeeping. I am sure they have seen it all. It may be a few weeks before anything happens. I will keep you posted.

Day 5

I had to restart the clock last week but I am back to day 5. I usually have a setback when i first start AB again. Nothing intense or unexpected at this point. I will keep updating.

It's amazing how you experience so many SE and also how many times you pee with some amount of semen!

I'm on day 71 and i haven't had any of the experiences you had in your log.

But i remember that when i started to AB,a few times i'd pee with a little amount of semen,but that does not happen anymore,i don't know why..

Day 6

Woke up several times last night with super hard erections. Morning wood was throbbing and leaked some precum. It's only been a few months since i took a break from ABing but i had forgotton how much harder the erections are from AB than from MB. Also, seeing the pre again is pretty cool.

Welcome back, and good luck getting back into WDs. I'm curious if you had stopped sleeping nude when you went back to MB, which you had started doing during your last AB?

I wouldn't have been so concerned about having WDs in hotel rooms. The maids do many beds a day, and may not even notice or care. They've probably seen a lot worse, some guys have extremely high WD rates, even when sleeping in hotels. They also probably wouldn't notice it at all if it was dry by the time they got to the room.

In the extremely unlikely event that they would ask you about it, you could just apologize and say you don't masturbate so it happens once in a while.

There is a yes and a no answer to your question. Since I was traveling for work I did sleep with shorts on but since getting back, completely nude if it isn't too cool and shirt with no shorts if it is cool in the house.

Day 7

Started feeling under the weather last night so i had to take some medicine that made me have a deep sleep last night. There is really nothing to journal about today execpt I have made it 7 days and no urge to MB.

Still under the weather today so nothing to journal about. The good thing about being sick is I have no desire to MB.

Day 9

I did have something happen this evening but not sure what to call it. I woke up and felt like my body may have been working towards a WD but only made it part of the way up my penis. I stretched a little and almost ejaculated but was able to keep it back until i threw the covers off then applied a little pressure with my muscles to push it out. There wasn't a lot of semen. I wouldn't call it an SE but not sure how to classify it. I would say I am on track for a WD and since I didn't release very much, this shouldn't be a setback for a complete WD.

Day 10

I have made it 10 days! Great night sleep but no WD. I'm not expecting one yet. Feeling the T-buzz this morning and had great morning wood. I am ready for the next 10 days.

Day 11

I woke up this morning with morning wood and pre. I am also feeling horney and full. I can handle it without resorting to MB. It would be nice to have a WD soon for relief but I'll just have to wait.

Day 12

I went to bed with blue balls and a sore penis. No WD but no soreness this morning. Morning wood is becoming a regular occurance again which is really nice to wake up to. Nothing else to say but will update if anything happens.

Day 13

Great night sleep but no WD. I still feel like I could ejaculate after peeing but nothing happens. It's still kust a mild annoyance that goes away quickly. I'll keep updating.

The problem with being in WD mode and then going back to MB for a while is that it's not always that easy to get back into WD mode. I'm sure you'll get there eventually because you did so easily last time, but you may simply have to wait a while first.

Full WD mode is worth the risk of an occasional embarrassing moment that probably won't happen anyway. Besides, most guys would feel fascinated and/or jealous if they found out that a friend had had a full WD the previous night.

Day 14

No WD last night but had another great night's sleep. Yesterday I had semen come out after I peed in my boxers. It wasn't a whole lot, just enough that I had to change. Luckily, I was at home. I haven't had the urge to MB. Instead, I have been enjoying the pluses of AB.

Day 15

Again, a great night's sleep but no WD. Yesterday I was really horny I had to be real careful in the shower and I kept myself from MB. I just told myself i am only 6 dayd from the 20 day mark and don't want to start over. Now it's 5 days left, I know I can make it to 20 and I know I will make it to 30!

Day 16

I guess I woke up again to an almost WD. I had to push a little to ejaculate. There was only about less than a tablespoon of semen. It was just enough of a release to provide relief. A full WD with a lot more of a release should come eventually.

Still on day 16. What happened in my last post was around 1230 last night. Nothing else happened just wokrnup this morning with great case of morning wood. I still feel a WD is around the corner. I think my body is still trying to figure out what to do again.

Day 17

No WD last night. AB is going great. I have been having random erections during the day but no desire to MB. Only 3 more days until I have completed 20 days.

Day 18

No WD but another good night's sleep. Morning wood is still consistent. I feel great and seem to have more energy lately.

Day 19

No WD but didn't have a great night's sleep either. Woke up last night horney and woke up with morning wood. ABing is getting a lot eaiser and more enjoyable each day.

For decades western culture has taught that MB is good, natural, and everybody does it. Perhaps they should also start teaching that moving beyond MB is also natural, normal, and can actually feel better than regular MB. Perhaps they should also teach that many guys find WDs to be a more natural, more intense, and a superior outlet compared to MB.

Guys growing up these days might even feel 'odd' or guilty about exploring the effects of going without MB or trying for a WD. But perhaps moving beyond MB should be taught as being natural, normal, and as a more rewarding expression of sexuality than staying 'stuck' in endless MB.

Still day 19 and had an SE after I peed. This is the second time it has happened but the first for this AB run. I think I am definitely progressing towards a WD.

Day 20

No WD last night. I woke up to pee, went back to bed and had a great erection that lasted until I fell back asleep. I also had throbbing morning wood with pre. I don't feel the desire to MB with these erections. I just enjoy them. Now i am on the home stretch for a full month of AB.

Day 21

No WD last night. Great morning wood and multiple erections already this morning. I am feeling that fullness again but it is not unbearable. 9 more days until a full 30 days of AB!
