Congratulations on your first WD at age 51! While MB can be addicting, I think it may be natural to move beyond MB and have WDs as the preferred outlet. The extra excitement and intensity of WDs and the negative letdown feelings after MB may be nature's way of encouraging us not to waste it in MB.

Thanks Texanguy for your words of encouragement. I am hoping that WD will take over and perhaps I will have eventually have release about once a month or so.

A couple weeks ago my wife was actually interested, but I was not in working order, lol. As I explained to her, morning are prime time, evening require more attention/effort etc. Also, there is the notion of use it or lose it.

At the moment I have a cold and the stuff I am taking for it has me "out of order" but it sure didn't prevent a WD :)
