so I have done HORRIBLE in november....most I went was maybe 4 or 5 days until today......I havnet mb in over 7 days now and dont plan to mb ANY TIME SOON and plan to break my recent record of 9 days this week, and ill be so distracted with work and family and such being thanksgiving week

and I already said a huge part of why I continue to relapse and mb is because of school and the stress of school but I will confess.....my longtime girlfriend of over 2 years broke up with me late august (the first week of classes) and I THOUGHT we were broken up for good but a few weeks later (9/6/14) she regretted she broke up with me, something I thought was impossible since i had pleaded and tried to change her mind even a little bit the weeks before and she was at an internship during the week (mon-fri) over 70 miles away for most of this time until 11/15 when the internship finished and during that time I would see her on weekends but we wouldnt always have times to talk and "work things out" and sometimes it would get better and other times worse.... and things have been better lately but that has been a HUGE AMOUNT of stress and emotions causing me to mb more and more....so thats not my on;y excuse for mb so much lately but a HUGE reason too

and us having constant intimacy (no sex but even kissing released a lot of sexual urges and hormones) made me not want to mb as much....

we still arent officially a couple again (and she had a family member pass away last sunday and is visiting her over 400 miles away from today until late friday) so we wont have time to really talk or work on things during this week but I hope it ifs going as well and positively as it is now then it can only get better....

last sunday 11/23 was also my 25th birthday so it was a REALLY good day for that reason but sad for her family member passing away.....

but heres to lasting 5 more days left of november and HOPEFULLY all of december

I have also slept naked EVERY night for over 2 or even 3 weeks straight (and sometimes go as long as 6 days without any uw at all especially supportive uw like briefs which is the only uw I wear or I freeball) and when I do get a wet dream that will be NICE when I sleep naked but if I do plan to randomly put on briefs some night and I keep at my not mb streak I will NO DOUBT get a wet dream from the support/tightness in general and erection causing friction and an ejaculation....

It looks like a lot of successful wet dreamers have a negative attitude about MB, so try to see MB as something not that exciting and not worth doing. After all, MB can't replace a good WD, can it?

MB always feels disappointing afterwards, but after a WD you always feel happy, excited, and ready for another one. Think of the endless cycle of MB followed by the inevitable post-MB letdown as just way too boring to keep doing. Whenever you feel tempted to MB, just imagine how disappointed you feel after you finish.

all of that is EXACTLY right it feels shamefull and i almost ALWAYS regret it (though I LOVE the ejac and pulsations in the moment, and the size of the semen in my uw is REALLy nice too) and it DEFINITELY cannot replace a wet dream

I FAILED tuesday night, I went over 7 days without mb and I was trying to sleep and kept getting aroused but never actually hard and eventually I just rubbed my nipples and got hard INSTANTLY, before I knew it I had mb and ejaculated....

and I sadly did it again the next day

BUT I am on day 3 right now.....

I PLAN AND HOPE to go the entire month of december without mb but I think the hardest to not mb will be these next 2 weeks with final projects and final exams and overall worrying about grades (I have to get A's in all my classes this semester and most of my classes I am right on the verge of an 89% right now) and being tired and stressed and overall exhausted this week and ESPECIALLY next week (12/8-12/11) finishing up the semester and I will have to work REALLY hard when I am at home to keep myself preoccupied and distracted so as not to mb

though I bet I will be spending A LOT of time studying at the library during the school week but the weekend will be a hard period of time....

on 6 days now.....and yet I have no desire at all to mb....

I am hoping and am pretty sure I will be distracted this week with a final project I'll be working on tomm thats due thurs and other hmwk due this week and finals next week....

I also haven't worn uw in over 7 days and also slept naked for over 3 weeks straight
