I started this AB journey to support a buddy who wanted to AB because of his overindulgence of porn. I stubbled on this group researching if a person would have WDs if you didn't MB. From this forum that question has been answered so now it is about AB with the hopes of having a WD.

I am now on day 9. So far, day 8 was the most difficult day. I woke up with morning wood that could cut glass. I must admit, while MB, I don’t remeber my morning wod being that hard. All day I kept getting boners at random and had pre cum dripping from the majority of them. A few time through the day I would pee and as soon as I would zip up I had the urge to go again but it was milky fluid that would come out. My balls felt full and heavy but not aching all yesterday afternoon. Last night before bed I believe they were hanging lower than usual.

No WD to report from last night just woke up a few times from hard erection and my penis spontaneously pumping.

End of day 9

Great day. It was nothing like yesterday. I have had more energy than usual. I hope this energy level keeps going. I will be able to get a lot accomplished.

Day 10 No MB

I thought today was going to be no problem. I did not wake up with morning wood which was disappointing but I figure there will be more to come as I get further away from the last time I ejaculated. Now that the day is progressing I have the urge to pee but when I button up, I feel like I need to pee. So far no ejaculate has come out. I am also getting random erections but no pre cum.

I will provide at the end of the day.

The pre cum is really starting to flow on day 10. I am amazed at the amount today.

Day 11 AB

No WD last night. No morning wood greeting me this morning but had to pee. After I peed the pre cum factory started up again. During my movement this morning a long string of pre cum came out. Day 12

No WD to report but have had a number of erections this morning. The pre cum is really flowing again. It is more this morning than on previous mornings. Usually just enough to put a wet spot inside my boxers but this morning it is soaking through the front. I know it is pre cum because it is sticky and very slick between my fingers.

I have also noticed my balls are really feeling full this morning.

Just an observation since starting AB. I have been feeling more manly than usual. I guess it is the pre cum and the prostate fluid leakage that makes you feel even more like a man

This is true in my case as well. My anxiety seems to go away completely and I become a lot more bold and aggressive. The ancient vedic texts teach that semen preservation makes a man heroic and brave, whereas if he wastes it in abundance he becomes depressed, irritable and effeminate. My life experience has taught me that this is 100 percent accurate.

Day 13

No WD yet. I think I came close last night. I suddenly woke up around midnight thinking I was about to pee but did not have to go. I felt a real full feeling in my penis like I could cum but could not come out. This feeling went away as I got an erection. I hope this wasn't a set back but an indication a WD is right around the corner. I could use a release.

Quick update. Well that fullness in the penis this morning I am more than sure now would have been a WD if I have not woke up. I had an SE at work. I had to pee, went to the bathroom and had that feeling like prostate fluid would be leaking out. I couldn't get back to the urinal so I erroneously thought, a few drops in my underwear would be no problem. There was a problem. I had a full on ejaculation that would not stop. It soaked my underwear and made a big wet spot on my pants. I went into panic mode. I pull off my underwear and start trying to dry my pants and as I am do that, pre cum is steadily dripping out. Luckily, I had some workout underwear in the car. So far it doesn't look like a noticeable stain is on the front of my pants. I will say even with this happening, I do feel a sense of relief but I still feel like have more that needs to come out. Either it will be a WD or another SE. Let’s hope for a WD this time I will be more careful next time

Day 14

I can't believe it has been two weeks! No WD last night but didn't expect one because of the SE yesterday. I did not wake up with morning wood but got a throbbing erection shortly after waking up. My balls still fill fuller/larger than before starting ABing. I have to spread my legs open more when sitting down to accommodate. This is a great journey and will definitely be continuing.

Yesterday afternoon was interesting. Again had to pee then after zipping up, I had to turn around and go right back to the urinal. I am sure i had a small SE. It was thicker than prostate fluid and it felt good coming out. There was just a small amount but right after I finished I had an erection. Later I had to pee again and again had to go right back but this time it was definitely prostate fluid but I got another erection. It was surprising because the erections haven't happened before. I had no erotic thoughts. It is just a new experience on this AB journey.

Day 15

Still no WD. The pre-cum is still flowing and seems to be increasing. Last night I was about to shower and noticed the white stains in my boxers. My penis popped out of my boxers last night so there were white stains on the sheets. My balls are feeling full this morning. I have a feeling I'm going to feel like I need a release by tomorrow. I won't MB. I will AB until hopefully I have a WD.

It seems we started almost at the same day! Today is my 14th day. It's good to know someone will be going through similar things at a similar time .

Day 16

Still no WD last night. I woke up at 1230 and had to pee. As I am going back to bed, I get the feeling of pre-cum or prostate fluid will be coming out but it didn't. Instead, my penis felt full and I got a very hard erection. The erection finally went down. I had a few pre-cum wet spots that soaked through my boxers. This morning I can tell my tanks are full and it feels like it did on Monday when I had an SE. I am hoping that won't happen and I will just have a massive WD tonight.

From ABing, I can tell there has been an increase in testosterone. I am feeling more and more manly as the days of ABing go by. I slept shirtless last night. I stopped myself from sleeping nude but I might give into that this weekend. I also walked the dog shirtless this morning. These are two things I normally don't do.

It seems that the letdowns after MB make guys overly shy and self conscious, while the increase in testosterone during AB naturally allows them to enjoy their bodies more. And why shouldn't they?

Why 'stop yourself' from sleeping nude? If you want to sleep nude, why not do it every night? Why not enjoy walking your dog shirtless every morning the weather is nice enough? If the reason has been 'post-MB letdown body shyness', maybe it's time to move beyond it. Embrace and enjoy the testosterone increase!

I think post-MB let down body shyness has been the issue but I'm moving beyond it.

Day 17

Still no WD last night. I was about to get into bed last night like usual but decided to pull off my boxers and sleep nude. It was the first time to sleep nude without there being a reason. It is definitely something I plan on continuing. I woke up with very hard morning wood. I feel really good this morning even with the fullness in my balls. This morning I feel I can wait as long as needed to get a WD.

Day 16 here but I think I'm less patient than you are

Really no issues today but half way through the day my balls started aching. I am feeling really, really full today. I have that feeling in my penis like I could cum. I have been trying to divert my attention with doing other things so the feeling will subside. I certainly doing want a repeat of Monday.

Day 18

No WD last night. I slept nude again. It feels good having erections without the restriction of underwear. I am in a good mood this morning and so far the ache in my balls has subsided. They still feel full and are hanging lower than when I started ABing. I am not complaining. In fact, I like that feeling.

Day 19

No WD last night. It is the third night sleeping nude. I can't count this morning's erection as morning wood since I had to pee. Sleeping nude is the superior was to sleep. I am surprised I don't see any pre-cum stains on the sheets like I did yesterday morning.

Like Texanguy wrote on another poster's log, I'm no going to dwell no not having a WD and wondering what the signs are that one will the coming. I am going to enjoy the positive effects of ABing. When a WD comes, it will be that extra reason to continue with ABing.

Day 20

No WD this morning. It is night 4 sleeping nude. I woke up around 130 and had to pee. As soon as I got back in bed I had a rock hard, throbbing erection. There was also quite a bit of pre-cum. This erection lasted at least 30 mins. The reason I am posting about this is I have had plenty of erections since starting ABing but not lasting this long. It also seemed harder than on day 9 or 14 and my tip was more sensitive. It feels good having quality erections. I know my erections would not be of this caliber if I were still MBing.

One more day and I will the at 3 weeks!

I think a guy seriously moves towards WDs as his outlet when he comes to the realization that AB feels better and is more fun, more exciting, and more rewarding than MB. This has to be natural and built in, and is logically nature's way of encouraging us not to keep 'emptying' ourselves with MB. And of course, WDs are part of that encouragement.

AB has definitely been more fun, exciting and rewarding than MB. I think MB would be a let down at this point. I am glad I have had a WD as an adult even if it has been 10 years ago. I remember how intense it was and it has never been replicated with MB.

Day 21

I am now at the three week mark! No WD last night. It is night 5 sleeping nude. I can tell I am really getting used to sleeping nude. I woke up this morning refreshed and with energy. I did wake up around midnight to pee. I got back in the bed and had an erection. This one was different. I had the involuntary contractions like I was ejaculating. Nothing came out. I will say it was very pleasurable. I feel asleep once it went down. I had a dream that I was MB. I only stroked a few times before I came. I was mad with myself for ruining my AB streak. I woke up and realized it was a dream. I think this may be a sign my mind is figuring out the only way I'm going to have a release is by a WD. It may be a while longer but I hope this is a sign a WD is around the corner.
