Wow, incredible length of time Ronald. I have just passed day 103 and was wondering when did your wet dreams kick in? We are a similar age

In my experience, almost always within a month of stopping MB...usually about 20-25 days after. Sometimes less than a week. The first one takes the longest (in my experience) and after that, the time between them is shorter than the time waiting for the first.

Happy New Year! For the past six months, I have been averaging 1 WD per week...WOW!

Your weekly WD means that your body reset itself to "normal no mb" and found the way to check on itself - by WD.
That makes me so happy, because this actually says, that if i AB, as i want, i can have my WD again!

It was a random combination of numbers and letters.

In my dream, I had to pee, but I also had to in real life. I thought if I relaxed my sphincter muscle just a little bit, it might cause me to come. I did relax it a little, and a little bit of urine came out (in real life), then I started to come. The contractions of my PC muscle were steady and strong. The semen that came out was white and very thick. I tried to go back to sleep, but I couldn't...I got up to take a shower. I could only get cold water out of the shower head because the hot water heater was broken (which I didn't know)...I was staying at my cousins' house in Gurgaon, Haryana (near New Delhi, in India).

Hi, I have just been catching up on some of your log. Well done on the amazing AB and WD run!

With regard to circumcision, have you tried keeping your foreskin back permanently? Even for a few weeks to check you like it. One of the great things about having a foreskin is having the option! I kept mine back for about a month, have done this a few times. After a few days it will stay back on its own and the skin of your glans will change. If it won't stay back on its own, try an elastic band (not too tight).

Based on your history, it will no doubt happen soon if not tonight. I think craving a WD while being completely uninterested in and turned off by MB helps make it happen.

It's now been over a month since I had a WD! And just last year I was averaging almost one per week! GRRRRR!

I had an orgasm, but no ejaculation (a "dry dream") late this morning during a lucid dream. Strangely, some of my lucid dreams start out without any vision, but I know that I am asleep, but I can't see anything. Sometimes, I can make a dream appear, sometimes not.

Something really unusual happened in my lucid dream. I looked down at my pubic area and saw a pussy. It was really interesting to look at, and didn't freak me out like you might expect it to. I knew that I was dreaming, so I decided to just go with it. I enjoyed looking at it. At some point later on, I had a penis again--a big one! Since I knew that it was a dream, I knew that it would be OK to masturbate, so I did, and I came quickly. I had PC muscle contractions, but when I looked down to see if I had ejaculated, I saw just a small drop of precome on my underwear, so I hadn't. It's been over a MONTH now since I had a WD! I've had at least two orgasms in my sleep in that time, but no come.

If I don't have any WDs in the 2nd quarter of 2014, I am going to end the AB, as it will have been 2 1/2 years without MB. Maybe limit myself to one intentional orgasm per week? But I doubt that will happen. Maybe tonight I will have one.

Based on your WD record, I can't imagine you will NOT have a single WD this quarter, barring anything very unusual and assuming you will keep AB. I think it's just a matter of time you get next WD. A big one, likely!

Sometimes I have interesting dreams but an hour or less after waking up, I have completely forgotten all the details. When I remember to write notes on paper or record a voice memo to help me remember as soon as I wake up, I will record them here on this log.

I hope I have a WD tonight! Sometimes I go to sleep saying to myself, "I'm going to have an intense orgasm tonight while I sleep. I'm going to ejaculate. I'm going to COME!"

When I was abstaining for the first 2-3 years I had wet dreams very frequently - could even have them during the day when I was sleeping.

Later the frequency reduced to 1 in 2-3 weeks. I could go relatively a lot without wet dream.

But then weird stuff started to happen:

I would wake up at night and masturbate in semi-sleep.

I could stop myself at some point but once it didn't work and I ejaculated.

The I started to MB again but then abstained for 5 weeks. it took around a month to experience a WD again.

Then I did MB again but currently abstain again.

My general point:

It's possible to abstain for some time to get WD but the best thing is to either MB and accept it as normal or what's even better - find a relationship and love.

That's awesome that you have so many WDs even if they are slowing down a bit! Lucid dreaming is another goal of mine...one day I wanna be able to do that

Also, any tips on lucid dreaming? I've seen plenty before from other websites, mostly reddit, but anything can help

I am far from an authority on lucid dreaming...I still have so much room for improvement in it and so much to learn. What most people say is that improving dream recall is the key to improving lucid dreaming, and keeping a dream journal, preferably by your bedside, is said to improve dream recall. A few days ago, I had a really good orgasm while lucid, but not a dream about any sexual activity per se. I think even if you have not yet mastered lucid dreaming (as I haven't) just being able to occasionally become lucid makes you better able to intentionally bring yourself to orgasm while asleep. That's just my 2 cents!

look forward to your description of "really good orgasm while lucid" "A few days ago", hopefully you wrote it down on your dream journal. How many more WDs have you gotten since the one on "April 26 during long afternoon nap". Sorry if I come across as stalking on you :-) Just feel you are a WD role model for all of us.

As related to lucid dream, go to Amazon.com to check out this supplement: Huperzine A. It claims to promote learning by enhancing memory consolidation during REM sleep. Of course that means it induces dream, many comments on Amazon seem to prove that, at least for the part of inducing dreams.

I personally tried it (the brand I bought is Source Naturals), over 50% time it did bring on a very vivid dream, which is great, as I rarely have any dream.

May 14 in late morning. I was in a lucid dream and brought myself to orgasm just by looking down at my crotch and waving my hand over my erect penis. 18 days since last ejaculation--a long wait--but I did have an orgasm while asleep a week or so earlier.

A short time later, I had another orgasm, even more powerful than the first, but I wasn't sure if I had ejaculated again--I might not have--so I am only counting it as one WD. It felt SOOO good to come!

Congratulations on your WD rate going up dramatically. It looks like having multiple orgasms in one night is also becoming more frequent. You probably should count each on as a separate WD.

It also looks like your WDs are still becoming more vivid, intense, and enjoyable, even after ABing for so long.

Have you been doing anything different that might account for your recent increased WD rate?
