I haven't heard of the terminology anal masturbation, but maybe your pertaining to prostate stimulation? I for one had experienced an ejaculation while my urologist was examining my prostate. I would assume that if you ejaculated either by regular MB or through prostate examination that would bring you back to DAY 0.
I haven't done what the doctor did for fear of damaging something inside...i do massage my perineum and it stimulates the pros tate too I think.

It was very awkward Monkey Magic. I am lucky that my urologist is male. At least we have the same equipment and understand everything that's happening.
I warned him though, well not warn but I said that I feel like I am going to pee.he said that it is normal and just let go. That's when it happened..major ejaculation without me touching my cock whatsoever. It was the most amazing orgasm that I ever felt .
