I'm good w/taking my multivitamin on a pretty consistent basis (I'm currently taking NewChapter Organics "Every Man"--and I absolutely love them--they totally boost my energy in a non-caffeine like way--probably since they are food-based, not synthetically-produced like many cheaper vitamins--sorry, little plug there!), and I also checked Maca, too, bec I add that to the protein shakes I drink, but only a couple times a week usually. I have taken ZMA and L-Arginine in the past, and need to start taking Fish Oils again! (Though why do you say "not cod liver oil" there? The properties of Cod liver oil and "fish oil" are pretty much the same, no?)

Some studies say that they have slightly different effects on the body. Both have omega-3 polyunsaturated essential fatty acids. Which some believe essential fatty acids to help boost testosterone levels. But cod liver oil also packs a lot of Vitamin A, the “sunshine vitamin” which is important during darker winter months. So, if you live in the South or where there is a lot of sun, cod liver oil may not be for you. Wikipedia also has a lot of info. I also found some info & tips to claim help boost testosterone levels. Seemed cool to me so I put them all togeather to share with the group.
THINGS TO DO: Get enough Sleep (8 hours) Taking Supplements including Zinc, Magnesium, B6 ( or ZMA) Which, claims to deepen REM sleep cycles. (Be careful with zinc, not good in large doses.) Taking a daily multi vitamin, which includes E, A, C, B Boron, Zinc, Selenium. L-Arginine Drinking More Water Eat Vegetables including, Garlic, Broccoli, and Cabbage. Eat Foods with Fats...like, Olive Oil, Peanut Butter, Almonds, Salmon. Eat a protein rich diet. Eating 6 small meals every 2 to 3 hours. Taking Essential Fatty Acids, (fish oil) Avoiding Stress (good luck on this one) Do Yoga Sexual Activity (raises endorphins, thereby increasing testosterone) Consider Seminophagia Get More Exercise Workouts including Compound Moments of Muscle Groups, For example, dead lifts, clean and press, bench press, chin ups and squats. Lower the bedroom temperature at night. Avoiding tight fitting clothing and underwear. (theory that heat kills sperm) Takeing Tribulus Terrestris - claimed to be among the best supplements on the market for raising testosterone levels naturally. However, it does so indirectly. Terrestris technically elevates the Leutenizing Hormone (LH), which stimulates testosterone production in the testes.
Some things to Avoid: Avoiding Masturbation (kills yout TBUZZ fast) Avoid Drinking Alcohols - drop in their serum levels of testosterone. In chronic alcoholics with extensive liver damage those levels can be reduced by as much as 50% and they can become feminized (loose facial and pubic hair, become impotent, and fat deposits behind the nipples that give the appearance of breasts). Avoid Carb loaded meals, moderation is the key. Avoid saunas, hottubs, or steam rooms for extended periods of time. Avoid Soy Products - This is because soy increases estrogen level which affects testosterone production negatively. No water 2-3 hours before bed.

Just a quick note, nutritional supplement have helped me immensely with my overall health. I highly recommend that everyone takes at least a multivitamin and multimineral tablet daily, along with an omega-3 fish oil capsule daily - both are best taken after your main daily meal. This is the bare minimum, and in my experience this does actually help you to have wet dreams. I would advise to take naturally made substances rather than man made - an example of this is vitamins extracted from plants, instead of synthesised in laboratories. The natural based supplements are better quality and your body can absorb them much more easily than synthesised supplements, due to their higher bioavailabilities. Another useful supplement to take nightly, is the amino acid 5-HTP. (It's best IMO to take 5-HTP before bedtime -- make sure though to consult your physician if you're taking prescribed medicines, or consult a pharmacist if you're taking pharmacy/OTC medicines, to ensure the combination is safe to take together.) I also recommend everyone takes extra capsules/tablets for specific vitamins you require more of, such as vitamin-D, which comes from sunlight (your body uses sunlight exposure to you skin to make it.) Vitamin-D is your body's vitamin used to fight flu, so with the swine flu in the media of late, vitamin-D will provide you much greater protection, and is much safer, than the antiviral drugs and [mercury containing] vaccine(s) that are being aggressively promoted in the media recently. [Note: vitamin-D isn't the only vitamin your body uses to fight agains flu.] Zinc is useful for helping your body to produce semen. Finally for this post, the herb rhodiola rosea is one of the best aptogens available IMO; it can help you to improve your mood by rebalancing your neurochemistry - it is useful for you during the neurochemical changes taking place in your brain, whilst your body changes from being used to frequently having peak orgasms, and ejaculating semen. It also help your brain to adjust to not being overstimulated by you looking at pornography, and it can help you improve your physical and mental stamina. Please feel free to PM me if you'd like me to advise you further about vitamins, etc. I've only briefly described some benefits of a few supplements, and one aptogenic herb (rhodiola rosea.) Does horny goat weed helps? Which reminds me, there's a drink that's sold at 7-11. Not sure if it's sold overseas, but in singapore there's this drink called naughty G. It contains horny goat weed, L arginine, korean ginseng,and one more item, can't remember but it's said to "improve performance in bed". So i'm not sure about it. Didn't dare to buy it and drink. Afraid that it will just push me off the edge and MB.

Hey man, some people claim Horny Goat Weed helps. Its never done much for me though. (I’m hard all the time, either way…lol) From most of what I’ve heard is that its suppose to give you better erections, work as an aphrodisiac, and some guys use it to treat erectile dysfunction. A few reports claim that it has testosterone like effects and could help with sperm production. (I’m not sure if I believe that or not) Has anyone else used Horney Goat Weed or have any experiences?
I’ve never heard of a drink called naughty G. I would personally avoid this sort of drink, but I’m not an expert. I try to stick to more natural supplements myself.

Damiana made me feel dizzy and light-headed -- not the best feeling in the world. I took only one 450 mg capsule too. The recommended dosage is 5 capsules daily!

Is it increased horniness or just the opposite?

Taking vitamins does not make up for an unhealthy diet, and vitamins are an insufficient substitute for nutrients from fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains. But a general multivitamin and mineral supplement can be a good safeguard so now I prefer to take herbal supplement because it is natural and safe. They are proven to be not only safe but also effective.

I have tried many supplements as per the doctor recommendation, but nothing was effected. Then i start taking "Green drink" and i saw the rapid change in my body. I really feel active and energetic for the whole day. This supplement is worth of recommending.
