Right now I am not expecting high hopes from ABing for myself. I'm trying to lessen my MB frequency instead. I watch porn only during weekends and I think that's some sort of reward to myself after a week's hard work. Also, I think I cannot remove porn totally because I think that's part of me being a sexual being. It's some sort of an activity that liberates my sexual urges. I am not saying I MB while watching porn. It just provokes me the next day to MB because of the horniness.

Anyway, I hope to minimize my frequency and to increase the days in-between MBs. I'm not that very much excited with having WDs anymore but still looking forward that maybe sometime soon I'd experience one. :D
