why is it every time i get a flu shot i get the fucking flu!!!! my parents have always made me get a flu shot and in the last 8 years i have got the flu every year except 2. this time i could have said no since im old enough to make my own decision but the doctor said i should get one so i did. its been about 4 weeks and now i got the flu, AGAIN!!! WTF!! to make matters worst i was charged $60 for the flu shot and i go to walgreens pharmacy to get some shampoo and conditioner and there is a big sign that says flu shots $20. WTF!! i think im done with flu shots cuz they dont seem to work for me cuz the score is flu 6 and no flu 3.

i cant believe the difference in price too, $60 at doctor witch was discounted cuz i dont have insurance and $20 at walgreens. Guess i should have got it before we lost our healthcare insurance. just want to thank our great president for that to by the way. NOT!!

anyway im laying here with a very sore throat and a fever and im just gonna have to deal with it. Guess ill be in a involuntary AB or a bit since im not in the mood to JO.

That's ridiculous. Sorry to hear you're not well. I've never had a flu shot, and I've never gotten it (or been asymptomatic). But, I get allergies. I live on the Gulf Coast, and there's plenty to worry about here without dealing with the flu, too. Hope you feel better.

I dont get flu shots, and havent since elementary school. Its very rare I ever get the flu, and if I do, its usually just for 24 hours.
