Am curious about something if you're willing to answer. What was it like getting circumcised at an age when you were cognizant of what was being done (i.e. instead of as an infant like a lot of us were)?

Is it something you chose or was it forced on you (e.g. religous mandate, parents insisted, etc.)?
Were you scared? Were you fully aware of what was happening when it was done?
Did it hurt much (either during or afterward)? Did it take 4 months before you could start rubbing yourself without discomfort (or were you rubbing before that but just didn't have your first O until then)?
Did you get more frequent hardons after having it done?

Anything you're willing to tell would be much appreciated cause I've always been intrigued by the idea of that being done when you know what's going on and you can remember it.

~ There's nothing to be against it, at least for my opinion. I'm fully aware of it. It's good, that we became aware of it from older boys not from our own parents. My dad just asked me when do I want to be cut. He would just persuade me to be cut while summer vacation. I don't know why, I realised you can attend school while healing. It wasn't hurt that much 'cause the doctor gave me some meds and I did the traditional willy washing. I used brewed guava leaf to wash my willy so the healing process would be faster. When my dad want me to be cut... I was so nervous like other boys out there in my country. It felt like it's time to let go your childhood.

~ For me it wasn't religious mandate nor my dad insisted. It is our tradition. I never disagreed or something against it. You know, cut dudes here will laugh at you if you're still uncut. They'll make you feel like you're gay (although gays are cut) or something coward. Or you're not a real man. They would be mean to you and chant, "Uncut! Uncut!" LOL

Were you scared? Were you fully aware of what was happening when it was done?
~ I wasn't scared at all, I was just nervous. I was feeling embarrassed if a female doctor is the one who's going to do it for me that time. I was aware 'cause some boys showed me their cut. They brag about it. Yeah they brag that they are already cut.

Did it hurt much (either during or afterward)?
~ It didn't hurt much. I felt like I was pinched. Then while cutting, it was ticklish. You'll laugh while you're being cut. It rather felt nice and pleasuring. haha While healing, I didn't felt any single pain. It was swelling though, you can contrast the looks of a newly cut willy to a tomato. LOL

I just want to add for you curiosity. I was circumcised twice. It is because my willy is twisted to the left. My dad wanted to see it and the next day, we went back to the clinic and done it again. The first try, I was wondering why I didn't felt the tickle like the other boys say. Then my next visit, was yeah, I think it was successful because I felt the tickle.
