Hi guys,
So sorry I've been inactive from the forum for a while but personal circumstances had to put AB to the back of my priorities for a bit
So on day 12 during my first period of AB I MB I wasn't having a good day and I felt like I needed the 'high' from having an orgasm.
I wasn't too disappointed overall as I did manage to achieve my first WD during the AB period before.
During the last month, I was back to MB like I used to with no further WD, even though I have noticed that I sometimes wake up with a few drops of pre-cum now which I didn't before having the WD. I'm still sleeping naked.
So anyway, I'm in a position now where I want to start another AB period and hopefully have some more WDs. So I'll try my best to stick at it and I'll update you with anything interesting that happens (I probably wont do daily updates as these can get a bit tedious). Hi there, I'm no expect by a long mile (I've only had 1 WD during my first/only AB!). The hardest bit is resisting the urge to MB. But from what I've read and found out from others, no MB, no porn and minimal touching of your penis are the best west to help in achieving a WD. Other than that, it's all about resisting temptation and it's really a waiting game; which can be short or long for different men! Good luck!

How did that compare to normal loads?

It was difficult to tell. When I normally ejaculate, I spurt out more than 10 shots of cum, some of which is thick and white and the rest is more watery. I do normally produce quite a bit of cum, I'd guess around 8ml. The load from the WD seemed like a similar amount but much of it had started to soak into the mattress before I could photograph it and some was still on my stomach so it's hard to compare. Ok so I broke my AB yesterday but it was for sort of a good reason!

After my Aneros session the other week, I went almost another week without MB. But then I had sex so that broke the AB period.

Since then, I've been successfully AB so I'm now on day 8. No WD so far, but last night I almost had one:

Day 9 and no WD yet.

I can watch porn without the urge to MB so from that point, watching porn is OK for me.
But I think that watching porn decreases the chances of having a sexual dream, because you've already had your dose of it for the day? Or maybe it's a good thing as it gets your brain ready for a WD? It's a bit of a puzzle

It's only the start of day 13 but I wanted to share my experience overnight before I forget.

I think I'm going to set a target of 40 days. If I have a WD before then, I'll continue AB but if not, I'll probably finish my AB cos it'll be too long to wait for a WD to make it worth it

I think I'll only update when something interesting happens for a bit as there's been nothing new to report for a while.
