Almost happened to me during my 200+ days without MB. Actually happened very early in the piece, less than a month into AB. The road was very bumpy and I almost peaked. I had to jump out of the car and start walking around, and even then, it appeared I was going to have an SE. So I then had to start doing some push ups and then walk around a bit longer, trying to think of something. After about half an hour, my body finally calmed down enough, that I thought I would be safe. And then I continued the drive over that bumpy ride home.
Then I think after about 30 days onwards of no MB, then I just wasn't as horny as before. I even had to choose lose fitting underwear to ensure I did not just climax while walking around during various stages of my 200+ days of no MB.

On my way back from a conference I fell asleep and had a WD. Luckily, I wore boxers that day so it caught most of the semen. The rest seeped through my track pants. I don't drive and I've never had an orgasm in the car, but I do get aroused when riding over bumpy roads. I felt sad when they smoothed out the road to my house.
