Day 4 over... Any time I spend MB'ing is taking away from my sleep. LOL... EFF that. 
So yeah... Have had a couple urges but nothing terribly strong... I think it's just so easy to whip it out that, you know, unless you have a reason not to (or a reward like a WD) then there's no point to stopping... And quite frankly, doing it every day is just another chore... Sometimes it's just about as exciting as a chore too. LOL. If nothing else, maybe it'll teach me to appreciate the rare blissful moments of orgasm. So I guess no matter what, this will be a good thing, WD or not. Would be nice to have one again, as it's been almost 20 years. Here's hoping.

So I cheated once on the 18th, and I think I'm going to try a goal of 1 week... If for no other reason than to enjoy my orgasms more. The funny thing is, I think I learned that I somehow lost the ability to orgasm (or at least it's greatly reduced) with the standard "stop and go" method, so I've been doing a lot of self control sessions (hands off my rod as my PC muscle clamps down, so that I can continue and have several mini-orgasms before the main event (which is more intense than the standard one-time orgasm achieved w/o using the stop and go method)
I think I just got so used to going wild when I was 13 or so that I sorta lost the pleasurable sensation of a full-body orgasm and gained a less-intense "localized" orgasmic sensation solely in my groin area. If nothing else, I think putting some time in between sessions, say a week or two, will make me appreciate the experience a lot more, even if I don't try to drag it out w/self-control games.

So it's been almost 7 days. I've been away from work since Saturday morning, so I haven't hit a stressful time since then... Back to work tomorrow night, which, assuming I make it, will be 7.5 days... Longest I've abstained since.... 2006 I would say. Not strong on urges, mainly because I've been busy with "fun" stuff... 7 days officially, and I'm going to break my AB. I've tried different ways of stimulation to see if I could produce any precum, which I don't, like, ever... I've mastered orgasm w/o ejaculation, allowing me to orgasm anywhere from 6 to 10 times before I actually go past the point of no return... One day a couple weeks ago I took a video of just stimulating the frenulum area to see if I could either produce precum or ejaculate, neither happened... It was very pleasurable but just didn't lead to going over the edge... However, seeing as I hadn't abstained when doing that, I thought maybe today I'd have better luck, with it being over a week since I last MBd... Will take a video too just for umm.... So earlier today, I broke my streak. So I'm at day 0... HOWEVER, I tried just stimulating my frenulum with my finger for an HOUR... I think I just got so used to going wild when I was 13 or so that I sorta lost the pleasurable sensation of a full-body orgasm and gained a less-intense "localized" orgasmic sensation solely in my groin area. So it's been almost 7 days. I've been away from work since Saturday morning, so I haven't hit a stressful time since then... 7 days officially, and I'm going to break my AB. I've tried different ways of stimulation to see if I could produce any precum, which I don't, like, ever... I've mastered orgasm w/o ejaculation, allowing me to orgasm anywhere from 6 to 10 times before I actually go past the point of no return... One day a couple weeks ago I took a video of just stimulating the frenulum area to see if I could either produce precum or ejaculate, neither happened... It was very pleasurable but just didn't lead to going over the edge... So earlier today, I broke my streak. So I'm at day 0... HOWEVER, I tried just stimulating my frenulum with my finger for an HOUR... Didn't cum, but did, for the first time ever, produce a small amount of precum. Like, I'd never ever done that before...
