I've talked with many people on this forum in my 2+ years here in wdf and I'm really surprised how many people have little or no dreams. I'm not talking wet dreams but dreams or nightmares in general. I don't know if this applies to everyone but it does for me and that is if you are not having regular everyday dreams then I doubt you will have wet dreams. I think u should ask yourself why are u not dreaming.? Are u not sleeping and if so why? Too hot? Too cold? Bed too hard? Bed too soft? Try to figure out why? U need to sleep to have dreams.

I will share something that happened to me a few years ago. My back was really hurting me and my mom took me to the emergency room cuz my back was so bad I couldn't even move. The doctor gave me a pain killer and a muscle relaxant and asked various questions about my shoes and bed etc. He asked a bunch of questions about my bed cuz I had told him it seemed worst when I got up in the morning. He asked if I was sleeping well or tossing and turning all night. He asked if I wake up more than a couple times. I said sometimes I toss and turn and I prob wake up at least 4 or 5 times a night. He asked how many dreams I have in a normal week. I realized then that I hadn't had a dream that I was aware of in almost a year. My doctor told my mom that my back problems though hereditary were being exaggerated by a crappy bed. He advised my mom to get me a sleep number bed or my back problems will prob get worst as I get older. My parents were not happy with the $4000 price of the bed especially my dad who beat me for costing them so much money. But my mom. Convinced my dad to get the bed. It took me about 12-14 days to get the right settings and within 3 weeks my back pain was almost entirely gone. The next thing I noticed was that I was having more dreams than ever in my life. Sometimes 2, 3 even 4 dreams in a single night. This is also when I first started having wet dreams. I was sleeping all night and never got up at all till morning. I felt much better overall and no I'm not being paid by sleep number haha. That is proof to me that being comfortable is extremely important to get wet dreams. I started experimenting with temp and clothing or pretty much anything that will make u comfortable. For me 70°f and boxers or nothing at all and my sleep number bed (number 35-40) and I'll fall asleep and dream all night and a train could go by and I wouldn't know about it.

So if your not getting any Wds or any dreams at all, try looking at your sleeping arrangements. Just one of many things that could be keeping u from the awesome world of vivid wet dreams.

That is interesting. So could there be a possible correlation between WD and your sleeping habits? For the most part, I do have frequent dreams, usually 2-3 per night. But, I don't always follow good sleeping habits; for instance, I normally have varied times in which I go to sleep, and I don't always sleep the 8-9 hours that is normally recommended, sometimes more and sometimes less. As a result, might that possibly affect individuals, such as myself, who have never experienced a WD?

That could explain why I have had only occasional dreams, and at most one in a night. I've been sleeping in a cluttered room, going to sleep quite late and having to wake up before 7 hours sleep at best for work.
I should try to sleep earlier and avoid caffeine after midday to attempt to get a better night's sleep. Thanks for the goo advice!

That same thing stuck out in my mind, even though it was also an informative post. I think Zach's friends in real life and here on WDF can all be very happy that Zach is NOT like his biological parents.

It's ideal to have parents you can look up to and follow as examples, but that is not always the case. You can also learn from them how NOT to be.

I'd like to share my experience.

I do get dreams every night probably 5-9 dreams around 1am till I wake up. I do remember most of them but mostly are not worth memorising and retelling to people so I don't put effort on trying to remember them when I wake up. I'm very comfortable with any sleeping positions. I turn a lot and dream immediately. I'm completely aware that I am dreaming after turning on my side.

Now, the interesting part is that, my normal or regular dreams are not in colour. I rarely dream in colour. When I dream in colour, I see like two to three colours and most of them are sexual. So my dreams are not sexual, they're not coloured. I used to have this bad sexual dream and every time I wake up, I'm really sad or upset about that. The last time I had a dream in colour and not sexual was last May. My dream was about me checking DSLR cameras at the mall. I remembered the model, it was Nikon D5200 then it shifted to my room with green potted plant, brown table, well-lit room, blue curtains, black camera. After that, I went to my home town and strolled to the farm and took photos. I zoomed in and captured a pic of a small bird. Anyway, that was really cool dream because it was like a normal environment completely coloured! It was amazing!

So to my very first WD (it's in my log), not everything is in colour. It was weird! Shifting scenes. But yeah, it was me masturbating to my own reflection the fast-forward I woke up with my mess all over my body because I was naked when I took a nap lol. That time, I was really tired so I guess it was one of the factors how I got my very first WD.

im not sure if im true ambidexterous but i do somethings equally well with either hand and some things only with left or right. for example i write with my right only, but i bat left, bowl left, throw left but i can catch equally well with either hand. i can play tennis, racquetball, handball, badminton, ping pong with either hand equally. i dream in full color though i have had a few black and white dreams over the years. i also have smell, sound, taste and touch.

i had a wet dream once where me and my gf were in a hot jacuzzi very late at night. i remember the water being very hot and i can hear the sound of the water going thru the jacuzzi jets and sweat beads u get when ur in a jacuzzi/hot tub. i sat my gf on the edge of the pool on her back and i remember feeling the cold night air on my back and butt as i had sex with her. my dreams are just awesome!!!

being ambidexterous mean you can do stuffs either hand. Like for instance me, I can write using my left hand although I have better handwritting using my right hand because it's what my parents taught me. But mostly, I use my left hand... so my right hand is good for writing and masturbating.

I'm really jealous that you have your senses in your dream. I wish I can sense in my dream too.

Oh yeah, have you tried inception? Dreaming within a dream and dreaming within a dream and so on? I have those sometimes. It was werid coz I don't know which even happened in real life which is also weird that I think it happened in real life???

Please, I dream all the time. I always have some strange, bizarre dream every night. Occasionally I go lucid.
