I have tried two varieties of aneros: helix and progasm. Never got an orgasm with helix though it was very pleasurable. Progasm seems a bit big, but once inserted it is so comfortable...You twitch your muscles a bit and then it takes over....it really does. You will find your whole body contracting and your penis twiching. I have used it for quite prolonged sessions...On some occasions I am in a state of orgasm (dry) for more than an hour!!!!Definitely recommended. It should not hurt really but there is not much you can change. Did you sit on it? If yes this is wrong. Did you relax enough?
Next time try to lube the front tab so as you reduce the friction and the pressure. That massages externally your prostate and causes pleasure.

You can massage your prostate externally or internally. Externally you can massage it indirectly through the perineum.

Internally you can use a prostate massager (www.aneros.com) in order to achieve hands free direct stimulation.

Alternatively you can ask your partner to massage it with his/her finger through your anus.
Of course internal massage is more pleasurable.

Weighing in on the whole prostate massage thing. Not sure about any effect on WDs but I can say that it does definitely increase the flow of precum and lead to a much stronger orgasm. For me something that stretches my ass just a little bit works wonders and makes me horny for days if I can still fell the stretch afterwards. Vibrators are great, but a simple finger will work to just massage the prostate.
