I have some questions that I'm sure are pretty common here. To start off, I have been trying to cut back on masturbation and to have a wet dream, but it's been really tough (the longest I've gone so far without ejaculating was about 15 days).
1.) Any tips for getting to sleep? I find that if it's been like 4 or more days since my last ejaculation, I just have so much pent-up sexual tension that I can't get to sleep at all. This is really the main inhibitor for me, because it gets so bad that I'm just groggy all day and have trouble functioning at work.
2.) How to you keep from getting, basically, sex-obsessed when abstaining from masturbation? Normally when I ejaculate every few days I hardly ever even think about sex, it's a non-issue. But when I abstain for like a week, essentially every waking thought has something to do with sex. Even if I limit my contact with anything sexual, I still have a lot of trouble keeping my mind off of it. Not to mention there will always be attractive women around, and when I haven't had a release in a while I can't help but fantasize and get distracted when I see them (I don't even want to, but it's like my mind forces me to).
