This question may have been asked before. Have any of you noticed an increased heart rate on certain days while abstaining? All day today I have felt like my heart rate has been slightly increased/beating harder. That being said I have had to rather large releases after defacating today. One at work and one when I got home.
Usually I do not get hard but on the second of the day I noticed my penis getting harder...it jumped around a couple of times and then two good spurts flowed out.
I am wondering if the increased heart rate somehow gets me "primed"?
Just wondered if anyone else has experienced that.
