pre-cum after being aroused?

what does it mean? Does it mean that the stores are full and leaking? Could it slow down the wet dream frequency? Is it best to avoid getting aroused?

I think that precum is intended to be more of a lubricant than anything else. I have found that the volume of my precum was virtually the same every time I produced it. The only difference was the level and length of the arousal always produced more. i.e. the hornier I got the more I produced.
I could make passionate love at, say 11 pm, and get aroused and horny again when I woke up about 7 - 8 hours later, and I would still produce the normal amount of precum (which in my case, is lots).

It just serves as lubricant. For the easy passage of semen which is more viscous than urine. It wouldn't affect WDs. The penis gets hard at night, same as in arousal, so these normally happens

Its primarily to neutralise the acid in the male urethra (caused by urine) to make the environment for the passage of semen more favourable, plus depending on how much you produce - some guys produce a lot, some none, it can act as a lubricant.
