Here's my story. I never had WD as a teen. Once I discovered MB, I never AB long enough to have one, I guess. As an adult I started having WD (precum only) once in a while in between having sex. The purpose of a WD is to make room for more sperm and semen (not the same things). Once the reservoir is full then the WD happens. It empties the reservoir to make room for more semen/sperm. With the frequency that you're having sex your reservoir isn't getting full enough for a WD. If there is a time when you have to go a few weeks without having sex, you'll possibly experience a WD.

Haven had much to report for the last few days. Busy work/home life and not very horny until yesterday. Kept springing hardons throughout the day. Same thing has been happening to me many nights each week for the last 13 months I have been ABing, often followed by a dry orgasm.
