Sexy dreams but not wet dreams?

It's been 7 days since I last ejaculated (free hands ejaculation).Ok 2 days ago and today I had sexy dreams (well I forgot them but they were sexy. ) but I didn't ejaculate.Does this happen with you or is it just me?

Yes it happens to others too. I have been ejaculation free for over a month now, but I remember very vividly sexy dreams every few days.
