start of day 22

Well I had another WD last night. I woke up at around 3:45AM feeling really horny. I ignored it and fell back to sleep.

Then I started dreaming and halfway through, I realized I was dreaming. I knew if I started to MB that I would most likely wake up with a WD in real life. As a result, I started to MB as fast as I could and within seconds, I was ejaculating and woke up in the middle if it all.

I didn't have an orgasm though and I wasn't trying to have a lucid WD. Maybe next time, my body will let me have an orgasm too cause now im even more sensitive than ever but i'll manage.

First WD took 10 days, 2nd one took 11 days. so like 2-3 WD a month if this keeps up.

EDIT: after thinking about it for a couple days, maybe I did have an orgasm but just slept through it.

day 27, WD #3 last night

This time it took about 5 days. The dream was pretty sexual and I don't want to mess up anyones AB. It did involve a girl and touching though.

I was wearing my usual sleeping clothing of a t-shirt and pj bottoms. It happened at 2:22 AM.

A picture wouldn't have worked in this case because I was wearing dark colors and it was not really visible. Maybe next time if I remember. Usually at that hour, im not thinking of pictures.

I broke my AB yesterday on purpose. I wanted to see if I could have an orgasm laying on my back with nothing on and without touching myself. I did acually do it and it felt good but now I have to start over.

One slip up isn't the same as going back completely to zero, and you may still get another WD soon. On the good side, you've proven that you no longer need any physical stimulation to induce a waking orgasm, and can now consider 'old fashioned manual MB' to be boring, obsolete, and completely unnecessary.

Even if you just 'can't wait' for your next WD, and 'need' to have a waking orgasm, your policy can now be to do it only this way, never by manual MB.

well i had a good run but ended up mbing about a week in. starting over now

my rules are still the same. No edging. No porn. Avoid anything that may mess me up.
I have a theory that wds come for frequently when you avoid anything sexual. Just don't think about it so much and it will happen on its own.

didn't sleep as well last night and woke up 3 times. I did however dream that I was having a wd but woke up with nothing. it's happened to me before. my mind is teasing me.

I'm going to continue to keep myself busy but I know this is where it gets difficult. :lol:

Yep. it's way more difficult so far this week than the last. Same issues with sleeping. I woke up 2 times and had to force myself not to mb. However I really want one more wd so there is no way I'm going to give in. The last time it took me a while before I had a wd so I know I have a long way to go. And there's no guarantee that it will happen as soon as it did last time so I just have to wait and see.

I have also been reading up on pygeum. A herbal supplement that helps with prostate health. It also seems to increase your precum amount a lot. As someone who never produces more than a few drops, i'm really interested in this so i ordered some online. I don't have it yet but i'll report when i start taking it. And who knows. After this little experiment, I may have more wd's.

im resetting my counter. I broke my edging rule today but the cool thing is i did it hands free while naked and laying on my back in my bed. On day 3

Im starting to regret that hands free orgasm. I would be farther along in my ab if i had not done that. I could have avoided the whole thing but i didn't. oh well. i'll get past that 2 week mark soon enough.

Even though i messed up a few days ago, it feels like i've been abing for a week. I dont feel as if any pressure was taken away. Perhaps cause i didn't use my hands?

edit: I did get my pygeum today so I am going to take it. I will test out just how effective it is if you want to increase precum however I'm very skeptical about things like this. I don't have high hopes but we'll see.
1 capsule pygeum (bark) 400mg. pygeum extract 100mg.
2 or 3 times daily. i'll use it twice

Day 3 again

It has been 3 weeks since my last post and i messed up my ab a few days ago so I'm back to where I started. During my period of ab i did not have a wd but I'm not going to give up. I've had wds before with a record of 3 in one month while on this forum. I was just unlucky this time.

As for this pygeum stuff, It is working. However it's not as much as I thought. since i messed up my ab I tested myself. It always used to take 15mins for a drop of precum and after 3 weeks, it's now about 3-5 mins. (thats all hands free edging).

I'm going for another month of ab. almost had it last time.

I should make a week just fine. Nothing really to report however I did wake up last night one time feeling horny but ignored it. As for dreams, I did have a weird nightmare two nights ago that made me laugh a little after I woke up. I don't remember what it was but it was scary as I was having it. No sexual dreams just yet.

I've re read all my posts on this thread and realized that I have so many "start overs" however I finally got to one week and have some momentum now. I also saw that my record was 30 days so maybe I can pass that up.

I did have a cool dream last night. It was very bioshock infinite (a video game for those who don't know) minus the religion stuff. I was this important person of some kind in a world that was focusing on advancing technology. However I slipped through time (idk how) and was brought back into the future. It was only 2 years in the future but everything was advanced >.> I found out that people were expecting my arrival and celebrated when I popped up. The first time traveler! Then they got me on this train that could fly high in the sky and also deep beneath the ocean on the very bottom. While on this vehicle, I found 2 girls who I had known before my time travel and had crushes on both of them however they were too shy now to talk with me. darn.

that dream was so random but it felt like it lasted like 30 mins. it was almost going to get sexual at the end when I left the party on the train and went to rest because like 15 girls all came to me and wanted to do some physic link with me by placing both index fingers on my forehead. (i left this part out in the 2nd paragraph but apparently everyone in this world could do this but me. the man from the past) so yeah they all wanted to touch me but I woke up before they could. :doh:

On day 10

Nothing really to report. No sexual dreams. Now that I think about it, I don't really remember any of my dreams lately. Most likely due to a light cold I may have. Because I'm not feeling 100%, I don't think a wd will happen anytime soon. That's due to the fact that I keep waking up in the middle of the night with congestion.

Today I woke up a lot better though. Hopefully this minor cold will be gone soon.

that light cold turned into a beast cold. not the flu but it sure isn't fun. I only got 3 hours sleep last night. So like I said before, If I can't sleep, I can't have a wd.

Today i'll take it easy. A nap is in order.

On day 14.

I have made it to two weeks but no wd yet. I have also gotten over my cold.

from this point on, I'm changing the way I think about getting WDs. Instead of focusing on when my next WD will happen, I will focus on continuing my AB and looking forward to adding just one more day to my counter. I think I'm worrying too much on WDs and not appreciating my AB.

As for dreams, I did have a somewhat sexual dream last night but I don't remember what it was about. :?
