I've been on a recovery program that requires not to masturbate or orgasm for a while ... and I had several wet dreams during this ...
but sometimes ( like last night ) wet dreams can feel strange like I'm awake during them ! , I felt so aware while having a wet dream yesterday and I was telling myself during it not to ejaculate but I couldn't intervene ! ...
are you this conscious while you are having a wet dream ? do you wake up right after you come like you were awake during the whole thing ?

i heard it it is just how lucid your dream can be. some people can stop if they are awake enough. i think it just depends on the person and when it happens. like some don't even know they had a wd till they wake up in the morning.

Most times, I have woken up during the first phase of the orgasm., - during the first or second spurting contraction. I judge this because I can feel the warmer semen land on my tummy, whereas the first few land on my chest but I don't feel them land. Of course this can only be when I am on my back, because when I have a WD while on my side I don't feel the shots land, as they end up on the sheet.

For me WD's have always been accompanied with a vivid dream in which I feel the lead up to orgasm then a feeling like I'm peeing. I tense up trying to stop the flow without waking, then usually wake once the rhythmic contractions of orgasm have started, at which point I can't stop them.
