Did anyone try Lucid Dreaming?

heya there.I want to try Lucid Dreaming to get wet dreams.The best method I know is Wake Induced Lucid Dreams.However I have to ask if someone tried it before because I don't want to do it if it's dangerous.So?

I've experienced up to sleep paralysis only because I'm already having hallucinations of creepy voices at that point. Then I just "force" myself out of it. Maybe because I frequently watch horror films? For my experience, it was scary lol but I don't think it's dangerous.

Wake initiated lucid dreaming is really only useful for experienced lucid dreamers. If you have not had a lucid dream before and you try to force this type of lucid dream you will probably just end up frustrated. Sleep paralysis can also be really scary. You're better off just keeping a dream journal and and that sorta thing to start. There are a ton of resources on lucid dreaming online, just google it.

well TBH I don't care much about the scariness of Sleep paralysis.And I seriously don't want a method that would make me wake up at some time of my sleep and stuff or those reality check stuff.But thanks anyways
