I do them but I notice very little results. I do quick , slow contractions.

I've been doing kegels on and off for years, basically just when I remember. I haven't found a really good method to remembering yet, but as for a training regimen:

The video is a descriptive explanation of what kegels are, how to figure them out, and then several variations of increasing difficulty. I really like his descriptions and regimen.

There is a "reverse kegel" that you can do where you focus on inhaling and pushing your diaphragm down which causes your pelvic floor muscles to relax. However, I feel that my PC muscles are pretty well developed and I have never yet had a problem relaxing them at will.

The only time I get motivated for kegels is during abstinence... but then the problem I run into is the formation of erections during the exercises. Of course, a hard-on with precum is not necessarily the best way to avoid MB and erotic thoughts. Does anyone else have this issue?
