1- Lonely
2- Sad
3- Depressed
4- Bored
5- Angry/Frustrated at something...
When we have or atleast I am in this situation .My brain argues here (Masturbate / Not masturbate). Most likely I will masturbate.
How do you guys get out of this and have some feel good factor.
If I don't dance. I get these 6 points disturbing me all the time. Now I'm increasing things that gonna make me feel good !
Driving / Swimming / Dancing / doing some kinda crazy adventure / anything else that can make life interesting. I want to live this life..
cant waste on jerking on some stupid porno or fantasies ! they suck !

We need pleasure ! I get pleasure from dancing. I get the attention , my body feels good and i feel good in allways .
Now since I get. In reality , that time or even the next whole day i dont need to masturbate. Because I'm getting what I'm getting !
The problem is I CAN DO THIS FOR A MONTH. BUT TIMES COMES WHEN I FEEL THOSE 6 POINTS. BORED AND ALL THAT.
