healthy diet and exercise link to wet dream frequency?

I have recently disovered on many sites across the internet with claims that a healthy diet and exercise can lead to an increased libido . The reasons primarily gereralised are because
1. many fruits and veg relax the blood vessels causing more blood flow, causing ease of errections to be "more full" and longer
2. Exercise causes increase blood flow throughout the body and in particular the groin area, especially through cardiovascular endurance (unsure myself about other exercise eg weights), causing ease of errection as explained in the effects of fruit and veg

With regular health and exercise in top condition, including abstinence from masturbation, regular errections during sleep may trigger a wet dream easier due to perhaps more stimulation against the sheets/night wear.
Yesterday after eating a load of fruits and going for a two mile run, (I don't usually exercise or keep healhty) I woke up during the night and had a fairly 'more full' and longer errection even though I didn't have a sexual dream.

Maybe this has been discussed many times before, but perhaps a corrolation exists. However I certainly want to become healthier and eat healthier foods in general for my wellbeing. Along with being MB free and enjoying the good effects of it while using this idea of a healthy lifestle, the wet dreams may become frequent :greetings-clappingyellow: :greetings-clappingyellow: :greetings-clappingyellow:

I would tend to agree. I am 39 and just had a WD last night. In my observations, here are the things that helped besides the usually mentioned (no mb, no sex, etc)

1. No drinking - While I have had a WD on a night where I had alcohol, I believe most have happened when not drinking.

2. Exercise - I have been off my exercise routine. Started back on Monday and Thursday night had the WD.

3. Eat healthy - Since I exercise, I try to be careful with what I eat so there might be some connection.

Hi, If I may interject in your discussion it think Skillz92 definitely has a point worth trying, exercise and proper eating habits and keeping a low BMI is definitely a recipe for successes in increasing those testosterones levels…The cardio bit for sure, I’ve been fortunate enough to maintained a regular routine so I agree with all of you!! I just had a dd one last week…Keep up the good deed.. :clap:

I know a substance that is very good for health. It gives the human body one of its most base needs as well as other benefits. Its called dihydrogen monoxide... Its water!

Jokes aside sure health would play a major role here. Now healthy eating is a start but only the deluded say "Oh apples, celery and water are healthy and meat, chocolate and sugar is unhealthy". You gotta step it up not to what is a steryotypical healthy food but what it a food that is compatable with your genetic makeup . We are all different humans though we derive from a similar ancestor. For instance my ancestors were slavic and lived on a hunter gatherer diet composed of nuts, berries and meat. I can tolerate bread and other glutenous foods since I have some belgium celt in me and they lived off the grain belt. I cant drink milk though since im lactose intolerant. My slavic ancestors were never meant to have milk and neither am I. There is an example of how a healthy calcium rich drink just became as toxic as chocolates or donuts in my diet.

So the step is to find your far ancesteral origins (all of them to particular tribal groups) then find their diet. Diet is about eating right! Health is a component from eating right for your own body.

I am totally agreed with all of you that we can prevent from this problem easily with the help of these tools.
Regular exercise
Healthy diet
Proper sleeping
Avoid drinking.

Last year I had the most intense wet dream. The day before that I was doing lots of walking (more than I normally do) and drinking lots of water.

Considering that most of what you ejaculate is water I would say that is the number one thing to have. While surfing the net I came upon a page that said that omega 3 from fish oil can help your body produce more sperm and semen while also balancing out other things.

While everyone should eat healthy it also needs to be balanced, like in meat there are enzymes and fatty acids that the body can't make and while vegis may have some, meat tends to have more and some that veggies don't have. I believe that humans are meant to eat a bit of everything since we are omnivorous by nature, but yes a lot of us need to cut back on the meat.
