I have recently disovered on many sites across the internet with claims that a healthy diet and exercise can lead to an increased libido . The reasons primarily gereralised are because
1. many fruits and veg relax the blood vessels causing more blood flow, causing ease of errections to be "more full" and longer
2. Exercise causes increase blood flow throughout the body and in particular the groin area, especially through cardiovascular endurance (unsure myself about other exercise eg weights), causing ease of errection as explained in the effects of fruit and veg
With regular health and exercise in top condition, including abstinence from masturbation, regular errections during sleep may trigger a wet dream easier due to perhaps more stimulation against the sheets/night wear.
Yesterday after eating a load of fruits and going for a two mile run, (I don't usually exercise or keep healhty) I woke up during the night and had a fairly 'more full' and longer errection even though I didn't have a sexual dream.
Maybe this has been discussed many times before, but perhaps a corrolation exists. However I certainly want to become healthier and eat healthier foods in general for my wellbeing. Along with being MB free and enjoying the good effects of it while using this idea of a healthy lifestle, the wet dreams may become frequent
