I am newbie and I have triggered WDF by accident. I had my first WD when I was 16 and I typically have WD about twice a month after that. My MB began at 19, 1 time a day, before bed. I would like to reduce my MB times and obtain WD at the right time.

Before I found WDF, except for 2-3 times a week's MB, I used to get to WD occasionally. After a huge struggle with MB, I decided to Restart my AB journey on Nov 4th, 2012. I'm now 21 days without WD and feeling a bit horny so I decided to write this to transfer my mind. Hope WD can happen tonight.

DAY 22.

Today is really a tough day. I thought my body will release in the night yesterday, unfortunately, nothing happened last night, let's see what will happen tonight.

DAY 23.
My Internet access status is very unstable, finally I reach WDF via my mobile phone. I have woke up for several times during my sleep but nothing happened. Maybe my body does not recovery from last MB. Anyway I will wait for my next WD. I will share my experience with WDF from now on.

Last night, I woke up two times during sleep. The first awake was at about 2:44am in the morning, touching my underwear, dry, thinking something else and I slept again. The second awake was at about 6:45am in the morning, touching my underwear, still dry. Although I was still on bed from that time on, I did not sleep at all. When the clock alarm rings, I got up. Another day passed without WD, sigh~~

DAY 24.

I was looking forward to my WD before I went to bed last night, but nothing happened again. It is really difficult to wait. Just now, a post has enlightened me that I should see some mildly PICS before asleep in order to gain WD. I will do it to see whether or not it was true. Let us see the results!

DAY 25.

I have tried some porns before asleep last night to see whether or not I can gain my long time waiting WD but nothing happened again as usual. I wonder why my body has taken such a long time to recover from my last MB.

Today is really an unlucky day. I met huge difficulties though I had thought it would be very smooth at first. After dinner, I walked about 1.5 hours to make myself refresh. Although I still feel not that good, I was not that bad. Really hope WD can comes as a surprise.

DAY 26

I was a little disappointed because after such a long time, WD still not come. When is the right time? Tonight or tomorrow night?

Walking in the street, looking at kinds of interesting and beautiful things, I forgot my difficulties and unhappiness for a short time. After I got home, the bad feeling started again. Hope I can get rid of these soon. The most important is a pleasant WD. Fighting!

Hang in there!
I find mental edging before bed gave me NE's.Done this in two occasions and gotten an NE. I listened to Isabella Valentine "jackpot 2" on those instances.

But NE's in my opinion are subpar to a dream causing ejac.

DAY 27.

Nothing happened again as usual. I was tired after 2 hours' walk last night. I saw some porns to add some stimulation to my brain. Unfortunately, still no effects. I will keep up to achieve my long time waiting WD. Maybe after my next WD, I will MB to award myself then AB again.

Reading posts, I have found the wording like this " The longer the gap between them means a more intense WD", I think it is a good symbol for me, maybe my next WD is an intense one. Looking forward to it!

DAY 1

Last night, I thought I can hold myself without ejaculation when MBing because I want to give myself some stimulation to make my body familiarize the process before ejaculation. Nearly 1 minute, my MB ended up with a pre-mature and my 27 days' of waiting ended.

However, I did not feel that bad. Perhaps after such a long time's waiting, my body needs to release. I have concluded that I could not use this method to stimulate myself because it is very "dangerous". Hope I can gain my next WD soon. Thanks for you guys who has ever encouraged me to keep up.

DAY 2

I have walked for about 3 hours yesterday afternoon so I felt very tired. I ate not too much for dinner. I did not go out in the evening. I saw some entertainments, took a shower and then went to bed at about 0:35am. I did not wake up during sleep. This is the the ONLY few time I did not wake up in the mid of my sleep when I started AB. Nothing happened as expected and nothing more to report either.

DAY 3

I feel very bad these days. There are always annoying things around me from time to time. I think I did not meet the right colleagues for work. It often occurs to me that I should change for another job. However, change is difficult for me and the decision is so hard to make as I have been used to my current job. Hope I can get rid of these unhappiness ASAP. Still waiting for my next WD.

DAY 4

I had to get up early the next day so I went to bed at about 23:30 at night. This morning, I got up at 6:20am and I rushed up to catch up with the train. I thought I would sleep for a while during the trip, I found it difficult to sleep even for just a while.

I think it will take some days for my body to recover, so I will wait for my next WD patiently. Nothing more to report.

DAY 5

A busy day today. I sit before my computer just 10 minutes ago. The first web site I visit is WDF to update my journal status. I think updating status is nearly a habit of me after these days of practice. Although life is full of challenges, WDF is a place where I can feel peaceful. Nothing more to report today and looking forward to my next WD.

DAY 6

Sometimes we have to regret doing something, today is an example. I would have to refuse an offer to going outside but I do not. After I feel that I would not have done that, it is too late. I think it will take much time to negotiate the resolution of it. I feel bad and a Little bit angry now. Nothing more to report today. Hope my WD will come soon.

DAY 7

I think we can solve nearly all the annoying problems after the alternative resolutions are considered. Sometimes we need to take time to give the solutions. After discussion with my colleagues, we have solved the tough problems although we have to wait for next Monday for the final outcome. However, I am still a little worried about it. I went to bed at about 23:40 last night and nothing happened as expected. Still waiting for my next WD.

DAY 8

The happiest time is when you have found what you have lost. Today I have experienced the whole process. I think I am the lucky boy to have the chance. I think in the future, I need to learn more to calm down myself when something unexpected happened. I have taken many solutions to solve my problems. Although I do not need to do anything to solve the problems, I think this experience is a precious one. Thanks everyone for helping me. As for the WD, still nothing happened. I am patient to wait for my next WD.

Back to DAY 1

I was drunk last night & I was very horny. Soon I reached the urge to MB and finally I could not control myself and MBed. I felt a little bit regret but felt good at the same time. Looking back on how the days gone by, I found myself a little bit failed on keeping up, I doubt I could achieve even one WD. In a word, keping up is really difficult, hope I can overcome my weakness and obtained WD finally.

DAY 3

I find it difficult to keep up. I MBed several times before I updated my journal. These days, I am in huge stress and I find it hard to go on to work at my current job. Life is always joking with us. Still thinking that I have not met the right person. I tried not to think about this over and over again but can not help doing it. Hope I can get rid of these feelings ASAP.

Being pushed closely by team leader, I am really unhappy today. Really hope this man can leave the company before me. I do not want to work with this man any longer.

Being annoyed by these things recently, I do not have the urge to MB very often, I succeeded in keeping up. I have to make myself busy enough not thinking about MB. Looking forward to my next WD.

DAY 6

I woke up at 6:10am this morning. I felt I have reached the urge to WD but nothing happened. After that, it was difficult for me to sleep soundly again.

I am not that sleepy today. I think it was the effect of AB. Still tough these days, I think everything will be better after these tough days passed.

Although experiencing tough days, I have to keep up for some more time. WDF is a place full of peace and enjoyment. Motivated by the super members I went through today, I think I must take some pains to get a WD. Wish me a success!
