I would describe my WD's as having less buildup pleasure, but stronger ejaculating force and pleasure.

I think they're about the same as "hands free," since I've had both, they only deal with the genital area without the mental focus on erotic stimulation. After WD & HF I only feel relaxed and clear-headed. After MB my head is all foggy and I can't concentrate on anything.

Thanks for the responses. I have had a few hands free orgasms and find them not as satisfying as MB ones. However, in the past few years I have really gotten into prostate massage and while I have yet to have an orgasm solely from that the orgasms I have had while massaging have been incredible. I wonder if I slept with a massager in and happen to have a WD what that would be like.

Usually the first wet dream orgasms are meant to be quite intense at first, I know from sheer experience this to be true however though I rarely if ever get wet dreams through masturbation these days, but the latter ones just felt like regular everyday orgasms.

I feel an orgasm about 75% of the time with my WD's, I think. Usually there's that distinct 'charging up' feeling I get in my groin and lower abs as I near the point of no-return.
