Trying to AB

On my 7th day of AB, wondering when will a WD happen. Yesterday, for unknown reasons, my penis became erect and started to leak pre-cum. Will that delay my WD from happening? Trying to not masturbate for as long as I can.

I think that getting hard and loosing a little precum is unavoidable! Shouldn't set you back in timing for a WD. I've found that I leak a little precum even when not erect. Don't let it worry you.

I have had so many WD that I think I can will them to happen. If I think about it hard enough before I go to sleep, I get them. I don't remember the website, but it helped me create the dreams in my mind and make them happen. My only challenge is maintaining the dream. In my dreams (the WDs), I now know that I am dreaming, which makes it more of a challenge to maintain, because the part of my mind that is attached to reality always imposes itself on my dream part of the brain. I think the WDs end quickly for me because in real life I am reserved and don't engage in any sexually exciting activity most of the time. So I think that because I control my dreams now, when it gets to hot and steamy, my regular, everyday self steps in and shuts it down just when it starts to get good. It's a blessing and a curse. So my advice to you is to focus on just one thing that makes you aroused and focus on that one thing as you're going to sleep. Tell me what happens.

Thank you, I shall focus on AB-ing and something that will make me aroused before I go sleep.
Feels useless that I broke my AB yesterday, shall start a new one today! Hope something good happens soon.
Another thing I am thinking is that, I have heard that waxing increases the sensivity down there. Is it true? Am thinking of going to do it

I'm new to the site and while I've found a couple acronym guides not one of them has explained what AB is. I think that MB = masturbate, but I'm not 100% sure on that one either. Sorry for the newbie question . What do these acronyms mean?

since you have ab for 7 days, precum is pretty normal as the reservoir is full and it need to release!!!

It probably depends on the individual but from reading the forum I think WD becomes more common once you AB for 2-3 months.

with me i have found that i get horny much more often during AB but the precum amount is the same, just happens more often. i have always precum massive amounts and i have never found it to delay WD unless i allowed the horniness to go on for a long time, like mental edging almost to the point of no return. That will delay my WDs if i do that. cant say if its the same for others but that is my experience.

Don't let the precum worry you! I find that if I don't MB for about a week, precum will just start flowing on its own. Nothing to be alarmed about!!!

Maybe it is a sign that your body thinks the sperm is too much and need to release some. Perhaps you will get WD soon.

I think that getting hard and loosing a little precum is unavoidable! Shouldn't set you back in timing for a WD. I've found that I leak a little precum even when not erect. Don't let it worry you.

Don't let the precum worry you! I find that if I don't MB for about a week, precum will just start flowing on its own. Nothing to be alarmed about!!!

Maybe it is a sign that your body thinks the sperm is too much and need to release some. Perhaps you will get WD soon.
