in the period that i abstained at the beginning of last year for 5 or 6 months that got me to 188 days, i had only 4 wet dreams! but i had more in that time than i ever did in my previous life before trying to abstain as i had began masturbating in like 5th grade and got worse throughout my life to the point i was doing it pretty much everyday through my teenage years. I really don't think i even knew what a wet dream was before this site since i had masturbated so much that my body never had a chance or a reason to have one. i think i curved it from going on its natural cycle and am determined to fix that! but yeah i would say that abstaining is the ONLY way for me to get wet dreams. can't have sex or bjs or anything like that either, cuz once i got back into that i stopped having wet dreams completely. i haven't had a WD since January of this year!

i'm also not thinking about it as much this time, since my real goal is to stop looking at porn and touching myself completely. Basically rebooting and cleaning my mind, having all of that going on in my subconscious feels like a terrible thing after i watch some dirty videos.. but it's more of an icing on the cake type of thing. if i have one, i'll definitely jump for joy but i'm not too eager about it, just patiently waiting and trying not to consume my thoughts with it.

52 DAYS IN & IT FINALLY HAPPENED! MY 1ST WD in this new stretch of AB

thing is, i didn't remember any dream attached to it. but i woke up AFTER it happened so i didn't really feel the orgasm and i was to dead tired that i went right back to sleep and woke up way later when it dried a good bit already. but it was surely a WD so hooray for that! It's funny though because when i AB'd seriously last year it took exactly 2 months for the first one, so roughly 60 days, and this time it took 52 days in. Those are pretty similar numbers.

For me Im a huge sex addict, since the teen days its been have as much sex with as many women as possible. 61 DAYS IN and MY 2ND WET DREAM! (9 days after the 1st WD)



So here's how it's been going lately. I've been running ALOT, every day or every other day i'm outside running 3 or 4 miles at a time so that i'm really tired and in a recovery stage for my body and then i'll lift a little bit of weights every few days to get my upper body feeling it... just push ups, pull-ups, leg lifts, and stuff for my abs; but i think all of that is factoring into my WD's this time. Only 9 days after the first WD and i get my second WD all of a sudden. Mere coincidence?

"What is the factor here?" keeps repeating in my head as i try to figure this out, it definitely feels like a healthier way of life to me. The old "well i gotta clean the old pipes" saying has left my mind as an unnecessary fallacy that someone came up with a long time ago, i'm not even sure if i believe that you can get prostate cancer if you don't masturbate at all the rest of your life. Maybe the government made that up so that people believe that statement which is directly related to thinking that porn is just okay and acceptable too and keeps men thinking that masturbating a little bit or however much is GOOD.

Well that's all a big hypothesis, but the point is i feel great and perfectly horny after this second outburst which was HUGE compared to the first WD's small secretion. I mean, my underwear was COVERED on the inside, i don't think i've ever cum that much in my life! Congratulations on your second WD in 9 days. I think a lot of full time WDers became that way by reaching the point where they leave MB behind as part of a more natural, energetic, and healthier lifestyle. It's not a matter of constantly resisting MB, it's moving beyond it.

thanks AGT! i'm glad you agree, and i really feel so much better today than i have in the last month of not having a waking orgasm, the last WD didn't really release the tension in my head or my balls in any way. i woke up with the biggest morning wood today! so my horniness is still here and going strong, but i just feel good. it leaves me to conclude that too much of anything is bad. i definitely felt really clustered and not quite right from about day 60 to day 90, i was really irritable and just not in the best of spirits so there really is a threshold where the AB starts to backfire and go the other way!

i have an electric heater built into the wall in my room, and i definitely had it at a much higher setting than usual that night which is "out-of-the-ordinary" for me but i remember being too tired to turn it off that night, i was exhausted! it could really have nothing to do with it, but it was worth noting that it may have influenced my WD on that particular night. my usual setting is where it goes on and off every few minutes to keep it mildy warm, but it was on full blast like an oven!

100 DAYS IN
