don't have any new thing to update. Just wanted to say that I will be busy in the next month and half so I might come here infrequently. However I am still AB just in case. Just wanted to re-affirm that I am committed to AB as it was not clear from my last post and the poll I made. But I am still determined. Now, I am looking forward to the year mark next month.

I'm just a temp ABer. I jump on board for the perks and bail after a WD lol. I'm working on my second WD then going back to MB and sex but to be honest with you, sex might be better than WD in general BUT WD's and the ABing perks felt way better than the dull MB routine imo. Without sex I would really consider devorcing MB and switching to WD mode.

I hope I first get one then I wouldn't complain about how long I will have to wait for the next one.

My social life is OK. I have been working form home for the past 3 months but will end this from next month. In gneeral I have been really busy with work since I started AB in Sep. And yes, I am saving myself for the right woman, I won't have sex except with my wife (I am old school). I plan to actively go after that in September. I kinda of a shy guy but I am trying to go over this and AB helps a lot (if you read my journal). Hopefully I will find the right woman soon. I don't think it will take that much, honestly, I am much less picky than before when I used to MB. Now I see most and every girl as pretty in one way or another. It is scary LOL. The good thing is that since all women looks pretty, I can use my big head to chose someone compatible as opposed to being controlled by my small head when I used to MB (at that time, I was really very picky).

Anyhow, once I find the right woman, I won't AB for sure. I am not AB for a WD (it is nice to have at least to release the sexual tension) but I am AB for the perks AB brings. AB change my life to the best, I need to take advantage of that change now.

I will keep you updated. and you should too

Probably the hormones, I know I've gone through similar episodes in the past when I started ABing regularly. The only advice I can give you is to get yourself out and do something, vigorous workouts helped a lot, and eventually the feeling passes after a few days.

I think you are right. It is a hormon thing. Last time I AB for 270 days before getting a WD. Close to the time I got a WD, I had a similar mood shift but this time it is sharper.Once I had the WD on day 270 a few years ago, I was totally relieved.

well ... again I was trying to make sense of all what I have been doing and what I am planning to do. Is it worth it? I have been under the most sever mood switch I have experienced in my entire life. I feel everyone is after me, trying to attack me, has ulterior motives. This all is very contradictory to what have been going in my life as God was very gracious to me recently in many things. Yet I can not feel them, I can not be happy.

Then I look back and ask, is it because AB? I am sure there are other factors that contributes to this state that I am in. But I can not put my hands on them. I am a bit lonley recently, like for 2-3 months alone at home with very minimal exposure to people except when I do shopping or what not. I am trying to change this and see.

I feel a bit not comfortable dealing again with people while I am in this state. But it is a chicken and egg problem. I won't know if my self-imposed seclusion is the culprit behind my mood swing until I break it. IF things don't change in a few weeks then I think at the year mark I will think seriously of trying to do a single MB to release the tension. I remember last times when I AB and then break it via a MB I got an amazing relief. The key is to just stop afterwards and don't do more.

But, you know, I will only do that and MB if I run out of options to fix my life. I will fight a bit more until nothing is left to do other than MB and hold back again.

time will tell. may be I will be surprised with a WD soon. who knows... as the old saying goes: good things come to those who wait.

Well, you traveled a really long road and you're feeling tired, as I see. Almost a year without MB... This is a great milestone. It's a success, it's not the reason of those things that going bad. There may be another reason for all your bad feelings. Try to see them before you decide to MB or when you'll see that MB wasn't the answer, you'll regret for what you've done.

This is my opinion, but the choice is yours. But whatever you do, I'll be supporting you again

No worries about that, and glad that your "dumping" helped. Your willingness to share of yourself with the forum is a postive, not a negative, thing: you never know how many others are having similar struggles and will be helped by this.

I admire your commitment to seek all other avenues than MB, like finding support in WDF, to "fix your life" in your words. Because you noted 2 things:
1) Stopping MB after one time is a challenge: I can relate to that during my on & off ABing over the years
2) MB is a temporary fix: you've made it almost a year, but even if you stop after MB once, if you just start the AB clock again after that, you may come to this crossroads again. My hope for you (&, I believe, God's hope for all people) is that AB isn't a burden for you, but something freeing. I must admit I am challenged to maintain that perspective, but WDF members have helped me. I also hope that this and other posts will help you during this challenging time.

Thanks NF for the support. Yes you are right. stopping after 1 MB is a challenge and I am almost a year as you said. I don't think I will succumb to MB and I don't think I will break my AB. At least not before the year mark. I am seeing a doctor soon in 2-3 weeks and will take his advice. I am also back to normal life and working days next week so I think that would help as well. This week I tried to interact more with people as much as possible and it helped as well.

I will keep trying. that all what I have now.

I was about to wreck everything this morning. I was so depressed and very much in a need for a release. I am horny for a lot of time and that is bad for my mental health. I didn't edge but I was thinking deeply about it and was very hard. The movement of my organ against the clothes even while I am not moving was so tempting. I was about to hit the point of no return. The point after which you can not stop yourself from continuing what you are doing until you release. But I stopped, changed my position and took a short nap and wake up and went outside.

it is only a few days and I will call it a year. After that I am not sure how long I will survive. IF I continue to see that it is affecting my emotional and mental health, I will do it once and then back to AB again. We will see.

I am trying to see a doctor next week so before that I am not going to break my AB.

Determined, i do not know what u are going through right now. I mean, i know what it is like to be horny but @ the level u r experiencing it i have no idea. I wud like to reach that point in my journey though. I am not an advocate of mb and wud see u never mb again, but u do what u think is necessary. Even if u decide to break ur AB before the year mark u have set a personal record and that is something to be proud of. I would also like to remind u that mb'ing just once will make days 3, 7 and 9-11 that much harder to cross because of the cycles ur body experiences. The temptation to mb will be much worse than what u r experiencing now. That said, u have still done an excellent job with AB'ing for so long.
