Hi. I am ab'ing from today and would like to prolong for 2-3 weeks from now . hope i get a wet dream by then . 2-3 weeks of AB is a big task for me from my previous records . I dont know how it will work out . My final agenda is to stop masturbation at any cost . Thanks!! :)

day 9 . yesterday i almost opened a porn website but stood strong to close it back within seconds . it did take a great deal to close but i am happy after it.

at sleep i think i had a tiny mild orgasm (though no ejaculation) as there is no strong edging this morning as it happened yesterday.

for now i dont reset the counter for the glimpse of porn . Please suggest me on this. Would it break my AB. it might have given me a bit arousal though.

what makes and breaks ur ab wholey depends on the criteria u have set. So, if u decide to make looking @ porn forbidden during ur ab period, then i wud suggest that the glimpse u got broke it. I, however, u inadvertantly hgot a glimpse of porn without any decision to look @ porn on ur part, i wud not count it as breaking ur ab.

Its just a trick of mind playing on me to somehow approach porn . :doh: I should be more careful next time .

Today is quite good , except that i am sleeping for a long time . i should somehow spare more time to study.

Regardless of 'setback', I believe you are doing well by immediately going back to abstaining. Going 9 days is a real accomplishment. Based on my experience a slip up does not totaly reset the counter in the brain... so in my mind, if you are abstaining you are still moving closer to a wd every day.

I recommend tracking porn seperate from mb. Both goals are challenging in themselves. If you keep them seperate I believe it will be easier and more motivating. (For instance. I see no need to punish a flawless no mb accomplishment if there has been a porn slip up, or visa versa.)

Also if there are two seperate goals you have twice the opportunity to reward yourself if doing well :)

I know you have learned something from this last slip up that can be applied to the next phase of abstaining. So good luck.

my intention is to completely stop MB as well as no to porn and substitute with WDs(i did have WDs before, so i know how good and subtle they are).

tracking porn and MB separately is a gr8 idea. would follow it.

I thought I would never come back to this site again . It's been 5 months that I was AB from MB and porn and it could have never been happened if not for this site. I could not even think about AB for 7 days forget about 5 months. I thought I would never MB again but last night some how struct me and broke my AB with both porn and MB. resetting my counter.
