good luck on this attempt. On the postitive side you now have some abstaining experience. Based on this you can learn to keep out of trouble. Also your body has already been deprived of lots of masturbation this month... I believe that has put you closer to a wd when you go right back to abstaining.

Around more than a month. I've tried restoring using a homemade canister and taping some foreskin on it but it accidentally made me ejaculate on my 17th day so I resorted to manual tugging and stretching my foreskin forward and tucking my penis downward to let my brief press my foreskin on my head and keep it from slipping all throughout the day. :)

I strongly suggest the tlc-x. Its not too expensive and you don't need to use straps or anything. I usually take it off and put it on in four hour rotations and can't even tell its on. I was cut tight but already its creeping over the head after only a little over a month. Anyway, just a helpful thought if you were serious about restoring. Its a long road and consistency seems to be the key. Good luck with AB and with restoring!!!

Day 0.

Today was supposed to be Day 5 but I gave away. It's because of the porn I watched last night. From now on I'll trim my porn to a maximum of 1 clip a week until eventually I get over it. It can really affect my AB attempt.

Anyway, earlier in the shower I shot a huge amount of load it was almost a handful. At least I saw how full I am during five days of ABing. :roll:

Oh it's so sad to hear that. I broke my AB yesterday because of the porn I watched the other day. I tried the MB technique that the man used in the video out of curiosity. There is usually some guilt but hey at least my curiosity was satisfied so it ends there, question answered. I usually start to break my AB when I see an interesting MB technique or I have watched porn the other day. I am trying to slowly quit on porn already because it is a big factor in me breaking my AB again.

I suggest you block the pornographic sites that you know using your browser or turn the parental control of your firewall to block a site every time it contains sexually explicit material. Or, you can simply grab a sticky note and write "PORN can drag you away from a WET DREAM" or "WATCH PORN NO WET DREAM" then post it on the side of your monitor. I think the second note will be effective to me if I choose to write myself one.

Day 7.

Yey! :dance: I finally made it to a week! Also, I am no longer sick. I had an urge to MB earlier in the shower but I was thankful I was able to snap out of it immediately considering that I made it to 7 days already. Starting all over again would be difficult. :twisted:

These were what happened to me for the rest of the week:
Day 5 and 6. I am getting used to AB again.
Day 4. I had little to no urge at all.
Day 3. I was sick. I needed to stay on bed for the whole day. I thought maybe MBing can ease the heavy feeling that I have during that day but I was greatful I did not. I thought it can weaken me more for that day if I did.
Day 2. I started feeling sick.

Day 11.

Day 13.

Had a drop of precum in the shower again earlier. I also noticed after a day when I am changing my briefs that a small portion of it is wet. I tried to smell it and it smell like cum.
