This is what I do too, which basically means the only time I'm not having regular ejaculations is for about a week each month when she's on her period.

Unfortunately I don't get WD's during that week, but I know it increases my odds of getting one if I don't MB. She's got her period right now actually, so this is my abstinence week

Not married, but my girlfriend and I've been monogamously together 2 solid years. I avoid MBing as much as possible, even when we're apart.
