Wow, my last post was on 28th september...that's almost a month ago..time really does pass quick...

Day 4

Alright...It's a brand new month...the last month of the year..ALREADY..time does fly by quick...
I've re-started my AB run and plan to keep it up the best I can...I don't want to make any grand plans as big plans and resolutions are hard to stick to..So I'm taking it a day at a time instead of placing a big goal...Each day I've successfully AB'ed is a goal reached for me...After all it's the little steps that make the journey...
I'm not only abstaining because of the Wet Dreams or renewed pleasure but because I see it as an opportunity to master myself...my urges and carnal instincts...It's a test of my strength and self control...I will need to develop new strategies in diverting the pulsating sexual energy into constructive activities...
I'm not going to say it's easy..It certainly isn't...and those who say it is are merely fooling themselves...There will be moments when there's an emptiness to experience especially when the urges are unrelenting...I've experienced those before and I can now identify those moments clearly...
Hopefully, Life brings in a lot of stuff to keep myself busy and keep my mind off my over-active libido...

The days were alright. Since I've been busy I really didn't have much time to spend thinking racy thoughts so my horniness was pretty much under control...

Day 5

Date - 17th December (Part 1)
Day 7 (Part 1)
As Day 7 isn't quite over yet I have divided the post into 2 sections....

Alright...It's a brand new month...the last month of the year..ALREADY..time does fly by quick...
I've re-started my AB run and plan to keep it up the best I can...I don't want to make any grand plans as big plans and resolutions are hard to stick to..So I'm taking it a day at a time instead of placing a big goal...Each day I've successfully AB'ed is a goal reached for me...After all it's the little steps that make the journey...
I'm not only abstaining because of the Wet Dreams or renewed pleasure but because I see it as an opportunity to master myself...my urges and carnal instincts...It's a test of my strength and self control...I will need to develop new strategies in diverting the pulsating sexual energy into constructive activities...
I'm not going to say it's easy..It certainly isn't...and those who say it is are merely fooling themselves...There will be moments when there's an emptiness to experience especially when the urges are unrelenting...I've experienced those before and I can now identify those moments clearly...
