Well I wish I would have started this journal on day one of mb free so I will have alot to post in the next few post.

Just avoid everything MB related and wait, some people eat special food, but for me a decent diet works great :)

Yeah, like DGU said, just avoid edging and thing that stimulate you sexually (I've often had WDs when I was thinking abt sexual stuff the least), and well, don't MB! haha Other than that, just use that extra energy you get to work out more (will keep you sane and help improve your health), get enough sleep, be patient, and let nature take it's course! Easting healthy and taking vitamins probably couldn't hurt.

Day 25 now still nothing no sexual thoughts while asleep my morning erections are more scarce. I'm still going to hold on.

Ok a little about me the most I have ever gone is 30 days without mb and the whole time I was edging and looking up porn. So no wet dream. Everyday I would look at porn and about three times a week sometimes more would mb. I would edge almost every night.
As of today its been 25 days mb free. I wont lie here I'm dieing to ejaculate but my quest to have a wd so far has been over powering me thanks to this site and the members here and their stories.
I have been taking supplements like l-arignine horny goat weed and pyguem plus I have been drinking plenty of water. I have always had a lot of pre-cum and from what I have read bigger loads of semen than average. Every time I get an erection I leak pre-cum.This makes me think that I'm running out of storage room for semen and think that my wd could be very close. Every night I go to bed thinking that this could be the night but nothing. I think I'm to focused on having a wd and I'm messing things up.
Lucky for me my gf has been very supportive of me and has giving up intercourse with me till I reach my goal of a wd. I think I have made her interested in this whole wd thing. I sometimes catch her on this site reading about it try to find out why it means so much to me to have a wd. We both look forward to the morning we wake up and can talk about my wd. I love how involved she has become in this journey with me. We both know that this could be many more weeks or even months to reach this goal.

Everyone says to not watch porn because its hard to resist to MB while watching :)
But if you strong enought and really want WD, watch porn before you go sleep, anyway you just try, you not gonna die if you look some porn :)
On day 4 without MB i had WD :P

I was wondering if anyone who has had a wd or se has had problems with pre-mature ejaculations by this I mean ejaculating through some kinda sexual stimulation before your ready to.
I have never had a problem with pre-mature ejaculating so I am wonder if it will be possible for me to have a wd or se.

Day 26 thought that lastnight I was going to have a se but I quickly changed my erotic thoughts so I can try my best to have a wd if I can't maybe a se will be my only option.

I didn't get one in February either and I am planning to continue to abstain through March as well.

Ok day 37 a personal bestfor me. Some days are harder than other to abstain from mb no doubt, but I'm keeping my eye on the prize a wd. I may even settle for a se.

Ok so here we go again, I'm going mb free for July. As of today it's been 11 days. I'm feeling good about this month so far and lucky me my gf is on board too.

I'm tryng something different this time, I'm wearing a condom through most of the day everyday. You ask why well I read in a different forum somewhere it could help make your penis more sensitive. I want to be able to ejaculate with less stimulation, so I figured I would give this a try, plus if for some reason I have a se i'll be covered.

Ok so I'm on day 17 still going strong very little urge to mb. I am noticing now more frequent erections.

I wore the condom for two weeks I didn't notice any increase in sensitivity so I just stop wearing it.

Day 19 now, not feeling the urge to mb. The last time I restrained I would edge almost every night but I don't feel that urge so much this time.



I feel like I might have a longer way to go than other members because every night I go to bed I just think and hope I will have one that night. I think I'm putting to much stress on my brain and it's not going to help any.



I can't help just thinking about it I have never had and I'm dieing too, just once at the least I will even settle for an SE but feel they may be even less common. Good thing I have an understanding gf and she supports me on this for now.

OK day 24 now, and now its getting harder to abstain. Its so hard to deprive yourself of something that feels so good.



Now I need to find the strength, last night I woke up and started fantasying in hopes to have an se but no luck. I mean I'm glad because I really want the wd I'm at the point now that I'm not sure I can make it. :angry-banghead:

Now on day 32 wow!!! cant believe I've made it this far. Last time I did make it to day 38 before I gave in. I'm really feeling the t-buzz now and having more frequent erections. I actually thought lastnight might have been the night of my first wd. I was having strong feelings down there like it was full or brewing I don't know hard to explain I guess. But all could be from just seeing sexy girls in my everyday life.

Wow Michael9! '42'!!! I admire you alot, since I gave in last night on day 8, and feel crummy this morning, but I'm going to try again on my journey towards a WD. It's people like you that keep me going....thanks! My worst enemy is that I don't sleep very well when I'm 'full', and in my weakness, I give in. Anyway, today's a new day!

Day 43. Wow!! Still no wd but I'm feeling some serious t-buzz as I walk or just move around my penis was rubbing the inside of my boxers and wow it felt like I could blow at any minute if I moved just the right way. I'm hoping tonights the night.

Sorry guys nothing new to report except day 44. The friction from my pants on my penis was pretty intense yesterday, we'll see how today goes. My balls feel full and occasionaly ache, my penis well thats just has a mind of its own.
